Non-MAP store: Global Savings Plan (GSP) Manual Our definition of a non-map store is any retail store (see the section retail store below) that sells retail items (see the section retail items below) and offers the customer a point of sale (POS) or purchase receipt of which is not a part of our Merchant Advertising Platform. This store must also accept valid payment methods for their products, such as credit or debit cards, and must allow the last (3-4) digits of the cardholders credit or debit card to be visible on the POS, or purchase receipt, for our database to verify that purchase was made from the Saivian member with the correct card number registered. Hotels and airline tickets booked direct and not with a third party travel agent (online or local) will also count as a non-map store. (See the section below labeled Cash Back on Travel for more information.) Retail Store: Examples of approved non-map stores would include your favorite big box retail chains, local stores, gas stations, restaurants, nail and hair salons (because of the product used on the nails and hair), and even online stores. (See the section below labeled Online Stores for more information.) Purchases made by cash, check, or gift card are not valid as the payment method is not trackable. These purchases will not be approved for a cash back redemption with our membership. Wholesale items, service based businesses, or retail items in which a receipt is handwritten will not qualify. Retail Items: The retail store must offer retail items as described in this section. Our definition of a retail item is any physical item that is purchased from a retail store and the sale from that item creates a profit to the business. Retail purchases include, but are not limited to: grocery items, gasoline, dining out (not including tips or gratuity), prescription medication, clothing, automotive parts, school supplies, etc. *Note: Prepaid gift cards, credit/debit cards, gas cards or any other form of money exchange is not considered a retail purchase and will not be approved for a cash back redemption. 2 P age

What type of retail store wouldn t qualify? Any service based business wouldn t qualify for a cash back redemption with our membership. Service based businesses include, but are not limited to: automotive repair, computer repair, chiropractic services, a massage parlor, gym memberships, piano lessons, etc. A good rule of thumb is if you are paying for labor or service it will not qualify for a cash back redemption unless, of course, that establishment was a member of our Merchant Advertising Platform. Store Selection: You may select up to 20 stores per redemption cycle. No more than 10 can be non- MAP stores (as described above) and the rest may be selected from our network of Saivian Merchants or MAP Stores. For example, you may select 5 non-map and 15 MAP stores or 10 non-map and 10 MAP. You can add stores on the fly or as you go. You may also remove a store once it has been entered, unless you have submitted a receipt record. Once a receipt record has been entered, it will stay locked in until the redemption for that record has been submitted. (See Receipt Redemption section for more information.) Online stores: Yes! Even online shopping is approved for cash back redemption. You may choose any online retail store that also has a physical brick and mortar store. *Note: Online auctions, wholesalers, or stores with no physical location (like Amazon or ebay) are not valid online non-map stores. Receipt Range: Saivian International is interested in the buying habits of our everyday shoppers. To capitalize on the most valuable data to our marketing partners around the world, we have implemented an acceptable range of receipt subtotals. Each retail receipt must be within $5 to $300 (USD) subtotal per receipt or $50 to $3000 (USD) subtotal on hotel receipts and/or airline tickets. 3 P age

Cash Back on Travel: We will now accept receipts from hotels and airlines purchased direct. We will not accept travel receipts from any third party online or physical brick and mortar travel agencies. Rental cars receipts and receipts from any other forms of travel are not accepted. Airline: Flights booked direct with the airline of choice must also include the boarding pass along with the receipt as proof the flight was taken. All airline tickets must be purchased and taken within the same 30-day period to claim your cash back redemption for it. Hotel: Hotel receipts purchased directly with that chain or vendor will qualify for cash back redemptions. Resorts, time-shares, cruises, apartments, AirBnB, and rent will not qualify for cash back redemptions. Cash Back Amounts: You may turn in an unlimited amount of receipts (both retail and travel) during this promotional rollout period (through March 11 th 2017). All receipts submitted will qualify for rollover (See Rollover from receipts below). The total amount of the cash back redemption will be a minimum of $125 and will not exceed the maximum of $250 per 30-day redemption cycle. See the chart listed below. Minimum $125 cash back $625 total receipts submitted Max $250 cash back $1,250 total receipts submitted *See Receipt Redemption for more information. 4 P age

Rollover from receipts: If the total number of receipts turned in exceeds the maximum for cash back benefits, then the unused receipts will be automatically saved and rolled over to be used towards the next redemption. The rollover feature on each receipt has a lifespan of 70 days from the date of the last redemption. If the unused receipts are not used on that next redemption, then they will not continue to roll over. The idea behind this process is to keep fresh new data coming in while also allowing the member to make use of the receipts that went unused the month before. This rollover feature ONLY applies to GSP members with Cash Back Enhanced enabled. Receipt Redemption The member may submit a cash back redemption every 30 days (or 30 days from the last redemption). Once the time has come to submit your receipts to be processed for cash back, follow the steps outlined below. *Step 1: Click on the Cash Back Account/Redemption button. *Step 2: Select the amount you wish to redeem from the dropdown menu. Then click Enter Redemption Note: If this is your first receipt redemption, the amount available to redeem will be $ P age

*Step 3: Optimize your receipts! We want to make sure you don t leave any money on the table. Click the Optimize Credit Distribution button. *Note: You can see how the receipts were rearranged to maximize the amount of cash back with less overage. In this example, the redemption would have an overage of $ As you can see, with the optimize option there was only $4.79 left over. The rest of the receipts will continue until the next redemption. *Step 4: Follow the instructions on the Enhanced Cash Back Redemption page and then click the Submit Redemption button once finished. We are making the redemption process even easier with implementation of our new mobile app! The detailed instructions of that process will be outlined when the redemption feature is released for the app. 6 P age

Redemption Approval Process: On the date that your receipt redemption is submitted, it will go into our verification and approval process for a 60-day period. On the 60th day, you will be able to transfer the cash back to your payment method of choice under SaiviPAY. If you choose to get your redemption earlier than 60 days, you may redeem 30 days after receipt submission for a SaiviCard of your choice. Keep in mind that there is a 7- day accounting review. Once completed, your SaiviCard will be credited to the SaiviCard tab in your back office. Simply put. 30 days of shopping. 60 days of processing (unless you opt in for early redemption in the form of a SaiviCard as detailed above). If you, as a member, are submitting a receipt redemption every 30 days, then you will be receiving cash back every month after your first initial 90 days. It s the same process as any other type of rebate offer, but we just take it to a whole new level buy letting you decide where and when to shop. 7 P age

A member s first redemption is $125 and may be up to $250 every month following if there is enough in the redemption wallet. 2. Why is the redemption button not working? Either it has not been a full 30 days since your last redemption or you do not have enough money in your redemption wallet to redeem. A member can redeem in increments of $125 and $ What time of the day can a member submit their redemptions? Redemptions can be submitted 24 hours a day, Monday-Friday EST. 4. What is the Receipt Optimizer for? By selecting this option during the redemption process members are able to get the most out of their cash back. This program selects receipts that get the member as close to $125 or $250 as it can, minimizing the overage. This prevents loss of cash back by the member and maximizes their membership. 5. If someone adds any merchant mid-rebate-cycle, does it reset the rebate cycle? No it does not reset the rebate cycle. You may add the airline, hotel, retail store, or any MAP store on the fly (or for better understanding, 'as you need') at any time. The redemption cycle (every 30 days) will never change.
