6 4.0 MANUFACTURING OVERVIEW: In these modern & turbulent times, having the ability to react quickly to ever changing requirements of your customers can mean the different between the success or failure of your business. India / China production offers some of the best quality garment production to be found in the entire globe. Couple this with the speed of turnaround and the flexibility of the order size, we wouldn t produce anywhere else! Our India office is located in Mumbai, the financial capital of India, 20 minutes from the international airport. PRODUCT: We produce all type of product from T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Knitwear, Shirts, Jackets, Denims and Accessories. Across Men s, Women s and Children s wear. Styles range from low cost promotional production through to couture high end fashion items. We are semi-vertical and offer fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, QC and packing inhouse. Printing, Dying and washing is done externally. MINIMUMS & CAPACITY: Minimums: Starting from 50pcs per style per colour. Capacity: 20,000pcs per month in-house. 7 5.0 ETHICAL TRADING QC: All fabric entering the production facility is checked, evaluated then graded. 100% inspections are carried out if required In-line QC s are present at every stage of production who sign off the first part of each product to ensure quality - The team performs random checks and keep daily records. Goods are only forwarded for packing if they pass their approval. Finally a full inspection will be completed before dispatched ETHICAL TRADING POLICY: Child Labor: We do not employ anyone under the age of 16yrs. Forced Labor: We do not have any forced, bonded or involuntary labour. Employees are free to leave after reasonable notice. Health and Safety: The premises comply with all local laws related to Health & Safety. We supply adequate toilets and drinking water. We operate fire procedures, evacuation plans, fire drills and fire extinguishers. Discrimination: We do not discriminate on hiring, wages, training and / or termination based on race, colour, nationality, religion or gender. Discipline: There is no form of physical abuse or physical / sexual harassment. Hours of Work: All hours of work, overtime and days worked comply with the local and national laws Wages and Benefits: We comply with the minimum local and national rates of pay.
