2 Welcome to our New and Improved We have worked to redesign both our website and Online Banking system with your expectations and convenience in mind. We trust that the changes will enhance your online experience with us. From our new website, you will find information about all of our Progressive Bank products and services as you always have. And, now you can utilize an expanded array of financial tools and resources and find out the latest news about Progressive Bank, our employees, and our communities. Soon you will also be able to open personal deposit accounts ONLINE! We are most excited about our updated Online Banking System. For both Personal and Business customers, our new Online Banking provides: An updated look and feel designed to complement the theme of our new website design The opportunity to access our most popular features all on the new Online Banking Landing Page This information will guide you through the changes. 3 PERSONAL USERS For Personal Users, our Retail Online Banking system delivers advanced features and a wide range of self-service banking capabilities. You can log in directly from our Progressive Bank home page and gain immediate access to real-time information and advanced functionality to manage your finances online --- all with state-of-the-art security. Integrated Landing Page While much of the navigation and functionality of the Retail Online Banking System will be familiar, the most significant change is the introduction of our Integrated Landing Page. Here you will find immediate access to the Online Banking features you use most often.

4 My Accounts My Accounts lists all of your personal accounts grouped by account type (deposits and loans). The list includes account numbers, along with account descriptions, and available and current balances. Don't see an account you're looking for? Simply select the down-arrows to expand the list. To view detailed information, simply select the account number as usual. My Transactions My Transactions lists the last few transactions (of any type) for All of your accounts accessed through Online Banking. Prefer to see the last transactions for a specific account? Select the down-arrow in the Account box to choose the account you prefer. Pay My Bills One of the easiest & most convenient enhancements! Now you can access your billers and pay your bills directly on the Landing Page... No more opening a new window just to pay a bill. Need to set up a new biller or make a change to an existing biller or scheduled payment? Simply select Advanced Bill Payment Options to go to the detailed Checkfree Bill Payer page you're familiar with. You can make your Popmoney payments in this section as well. Simply select an existing contact, or easily Add Someone New. All you need is the recipient s name and address or mobile phone number. Contact your local branch office, Online Support, or review the information on our website under the Personal tab for more information about Popmoney.

5 Express Transfer Use the Express Transfer section to easily transfer funds quickly between your Online Banking accounts. You can also access more advanced transfer features and scheduled transfers from this section as well. Transaction Search Need to search for a specific transaction. You can easily use the Transaction Search function to search for a transaction, or range of transactions, from your Current or Previous online statements. Search by Date Range, Amount, or Check Number. What's New? The final section on the Landing Page will highlight our current Featured Progressive Bank product or service Popmoney for example.

6 Account Detail Page The Account Detail now conveniently gives you a snapshot of Balances, Transaction Activity, and Recent Transfers. You can make Express Transfers from this page as well. e-statements You will also have the ability to enroll in e-statements online through the Options Tab in our Online Banking system. Change of Address Another new feature found in the Options Tab in our Online Banking system is the ability to submit a Change of Address for your accounts available through Online Banking. The change will not be immediate as the change will be verified by our e-branch Manager; however, this option will save you time as you will no longer have to come into a Financial Center to make this request.

7 BUSINESS USERS For Business Users, our Business Online Banking system delivers advanced features and a wide range of self-service banking capabilities. You can log in directly from our Progressive Bank home page and gain immediate access to real-time information and advanced functionality to manage your finances online --- all with state-of-the-art security. 8 Account Balances The Account Balances section lists the accounts that you have chosen to view in this introductory section of your Landing Page. To view detailed information, simply select the account number as usual. From the Account Balances section, the Account Summary conveniently gives you a snapshot of Account Current Balances and Funds Available by Account Group.

9 Quick Transfers Use the Quick Transfers section to easily transfer funds internally between your Online Banking accounts. You can also access your ACH and Wire templates from this section. For more detailed transfer data or to access your Transfer list, simply select the Go to Transfer List link. Transactions The Transactions section will enable you to quickly and easily review current, recent, and upcoming Funds and File Transfers.
