1 Welcome to My Kids Wardrobe! We are excited to have you as a new consignor! CONSIGNMENT TERMS We accept minimum 12 designer items, if they are high end, such as: Next, Gap, Zara, River Island, similar brands) we will need at least 20 items. Clothes must be in likenew condition or new with labels, not purchased more than 3 years ago, freshly laundered and pressed, free of smoke, rips, holes, fraying, marks, stains, hair, discoloured, missing buttons, broken zips, unpleasant odours. We will only accept items we think our customers will buy. We accept items from brands such as NEXT, GAP, MONSOON, JOHN LEWIS, JOJO MAMAN BEBE, Mamas&papas, D&G, PETIT BATEAU, DKNY, JIGSAW, ZARA, P.O.P, BURBERRY, CHLOE, TIMBERLAND, MAYORAL, GUCCI, PAUL SMITH and all designer brands.

2 Items from brands such as GAP, MONSOON, NEXT, ZARA, Mamas&Papas, John Lewis, Jojo Maman Bebe or any item from any high end brand that costs less than 8 need to be brand new with labels to be accepted. We DON T accept items from Supermarket brands (TU, F&F, GEORGE and so on, not from this country or anywhere else), MATALAN, BOOTS, LA REDOUTTE. 1) All prices will be set by MY KIDS WARDROBE. Our prices are set up between 10% up to 50% of the retail price. Depending on the item s brand and condition. If it is a designer brand, new item with labels, it will be priced at 50% of the retail price. So, for example, if an item s retail price is 100, and it is new with tags on, the selling price on our website will be 50, and the consignor will get 25, which is 50% of the selling price. 2) The consignment period is 90 days. 3) We will accept seasonal items as follows: Spring and summer items will be taken from Middle of February to July. Autumn and winter items will be taken from August to the middle of February. Non-seasonal items will be accepted year round at our discretion.

3 4) To know how much you could get for your items, please check out our chart below: Item price listed by My Kids Wardrobe Less than 5 (these are mainly items % of selling price you earn 20% such as body suits, hats, gloves, mittens and similar items) 5.01 to 10 25% to 20 30% to 40 35% to % % % More than % 5) Once we receive your bag, we will carefully inspect each item and determine its quality and our ability to resell it, choose the items that comply with our check list, send you an listing the items we have accepted, within days after collection, and how much money you might get for them. ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED and reached our warehouse, accepted items can t be claimed or collected before the end of the consignment period, which is 90 days. After the

4 90 days period, unsold items need to be claimed by you and collected within a week after the consignment agreement finishes. Otherwise, they will become property of My kids wardrobe. Items that have not been accepted will be donated to charity or sent back to you for a 8-10 fee, depending on how many items we are returning to you. 6) We also attend events across London to promote our business and sell some of the items we have in stock. Some times we will accept some of your items that are gently worn to sell them at these events. However, they will not go on our website. We will let you know what items have been accepted but are not going on to our website. 6) Your consignment period starts once we have sent you a list with the accepted items. 7) Once the consignment period finishes, items need to be collected by you within a week after the consignment agreement expires, or we could drop them back to you for a 8-10 fee that needs to be paid in advanced before returning the items.

5 8) It is the responsibility of the consignor to remember when your consignment period expires and to let us know by when you will be collecting your items. Please, send the to a week before the 90 days expiration date. 9) Payment for sold items will be done between the 10 th and 14 th of each month to your Paypal account or bank account, whatever payment method you decide. 10) My Kids Wardrobe is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or stolen while on the premises. We do our best to safeguard your items. 11) My Kids Wardrobe holds the right to put items on sale after 60 days of items being consigned. We will get the best possible prices for you. 12) It is your responsibility to ensure that the bag is available for collection at the time and on the date agreed. If we are unable to collect the bag because there is not one available at the agreed collection address, or you have provided an incorrect or incomplete collection address, we reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for any repeat collection trip. The number of items stated on the form needs to be the

6 same as in the bag, when collected. If there are less than 20 items you will get charged 5 administration fee. 13) If you liked, you could drop the bag to us, just send us an to arrange it. However, once we have inspected your bag and there are items that we can t accept or the consignment agreement finishes and you would like unsold items back, you need to pay 10 fee to get them back, we will not drop them or send it to you for free of charge even if you have dropped the bag initially to us. WHAT TO DO NEXT: If you are happy with our consignment agreement and would like to go ahead, please sign and fill up the form on the next page, print only that form (1 copy only) and include it in your bag with your items. 1. We can collect the bag from your home for free if you live within 7 miles from NW2 5HT. If it is better for you to drop off, we can mutually arrange a convenient time to do so. You are welcome to consign to us from anywhere in the UK. Just fill up the form on our website, and we will post to you a free bag, and a prepaid label from My Hermes courier, then you can just drop the

7 bag to your nearest Hermes shop or we can also arrange home collection with My Hermes, it is up to you.
