It only takes a couple of Minute s to set up! Navigate through and see what is new on the menu and available for the term! You can put your account into credit and can order for the whole term in advance if wish. Sushi Orders Need to be in by 4pm the previous day for any next delivery will only be available online. All other orders by 8.30am Ordering online will automatically print your child s order onto lunch bags / there will be a 10c bag cost - having credit in your account allows you to place an order in by 8.30 on same day! You can do this when you wake up and have no bread and can t be bothered with the hassle! click on your phone and place an order as simple as that! Dates are blocked from ordering on events ie such as sports day / pupil free days. If blocked refer to your School Term Calendar! Please note on the ordering form (The program) that in the quantity unit box items purchases is already marked as 1 on each item its on an automatic default - all you do is either tick the circle or highlight the box this will register the 1 item your wish to purchase unless your want 2 then manually change it to 2 (it doesn t mean you have marked everything else for purchase the 1 is just an automatic default and will show on check out - hope this makes sense!) Late order and cash sales will be taken on the day but with limited option! We encourage you to go online as it will be a phase out period over term 1 - Please refer to the baseline menu as listed below! Canteen will be open on Thursdays and Friday! Children can make cash purchases on snack items at both morning recess and lunch! Going Online you will get a more extensive menu including sushi & rotating lunch specials. 3 Canteen4schools Online Canteen Info Sheet. Q: What Canteen4schools means for parents? A: Parents can now book canteen orders and uniform shop orders for their children online. Go cashless! Q: How much does it cost for parents? A: Canteen4schools does not charge any fees to the parents using this service. However, if you purchase credit through credit card then a 2%+20c surcharge applies. For direct bank transfers, there is no charge. For using the service, there is no charge from Canteen4schools side. However, the canteen/school may charge a small order processing fee to recover the cost of printing on bags. Please check with your school/ canteen service provider for more details. Q: In brief, how does it work? A: Register with canteen4schools. Then set up your children, purchase credit, and start booking orders. Q: How to sign up? A: Go to and go for 'Sign Up Free'. Save this link into your browser or smart phone/tablet for ease of use. Q: What are the different ways to purchase credit? A: You can either purchase credit instantly through credit card, in which case your account gets updated immediately but you pay 2%+20c credit card surcharge. OR, you directly transfer fund to Canteen4schools Trust Account, your account gets updated within maximum 3 business days, and you incur '0'cost. Q: How long does it take from registration in Canteen4schools to book the first order? A: 5-10 Mins, with a decent internet speed. Q: Where can I get more help? 7 Your school canteen has already enrolled with C4S and all set to go. You register online at using a simple 1- step process. After registration, you will be provided online link to our comprehensive step-by-step user guides, just in case you need it Registration and use of the system doesn t cost you anything. You only pay for the food as you used to. 9 Se ng Up Your Canteen Account. To begin the process, you will need to sign up.

10 Your password must contain a capital, a number, a symbol and be 8 characters long. Don t forget to ck the box to let them know that you are not a robot.

11 Now you will need to add in your children.

12 Each child will need their own username, & password. Once you have set this up for all your children, you can now purchase some credit to use for your orders by clicking on the Purchase Credit tab.

13 Using this screen, you can use your credit card to add money to your account. This allows you to order and pay. This allows you to place mul ple orders throughout the term without having to pay for them individually

14 Now it s me to place your order/s. Click on the My Dashboard tab and then click on the Place order in canteen

15 Step 1. Choose your child. Remember, you will need to repeat this process for each child. Step 2. Select the date. Step 4. Once you are happy, click on Submit order. Step 3. Select your items and click Order You can choose to bookmark this order if it is going to be a regular order.
