2 What is referral marketing? Referral marketing is a low cost and effective strategy of promoting services to new customers through referrals, usually through word of mouth (WOM). Super Web Solutions Referral Program: Working with a great web services team is as important as having a family doctor, someone who understands you, knows everything about you and works on building a long term relationship with you. We see every client as an opportunity to cultivate a long term relationship and to become their one-stop-shop for all of their web related needs. We encourage all of our clients to share their experiences of Super Web Solutions with whomever they come across in daily life so we can continue to provide our exceptional services to others. Even if you are not a previous client and simply know about us, we encourage you to tell people about us and give us referrals! You get a commission on each closed sale coming off of your referral, we get the opportunity to provide our services and the client gets their web services rendered by us! Regardless of your geographic location, you can be sitting anywhere and give us referrals to earn commission. Simple as that!

3 We offer a 5% commission on services up to $1,000 and 10% commission on services exceeding $1,000 for all referrals related to the following areas, which are converted into sales: Web Design & Development Mobile Development Video Production For Internet Marketing, we offer a $400 commission on referrals converted into sales for the following services: Internet Marketing Search Engine Optimization Pay-Per-Click Marketing Social Media Marketing Branding & Print Website Maintenance

4 Reward Structure & Payment Mechanism: Getting started with our referral program is easy there are two different ways we operate: 1 2 The first one consists of notifying us directly of the person/company you are going to be referring to us for services. You provide us with all of the information for the referral and we reach out to the referral directly. Once the sale is confirmed, we inform you of the timeline of the project and let you know when the project is expected to be finished, so that you can estimate when you will be receiving your commission. However, for Internet Marketing referrals, the commission is remitted in full upon the confirmation of the sale. The second option is to give an individual/company our contact information and ensure that they mention your name as a referral when they contact us so that you can be given the adequate credit should the sale is to go through. All we need is your name, address, phone number and address and the client s name, company s name, telephone number, and address and we take it from there! Rewards Structure: We will initiate the consultation process with the person/ company referred to us by you and discuss the project they are interested in having us complete for them. We will then draw up a proposal which explains the particular scope of work and break down of the project in great detail; this proposal will also contain the projected cost of the specific project. Once the proposal is accepted by the client and signed, you will earn a commission on the total cost of the project upon agreement of both Super Web Solutions and the client you referred. You will be sent a check for the total amount of commission as soon as the project is completed and the invoice amount has been remitted in full (with the exception of Internet Marketing referrals, for which the commission will be remitted up front). There really is nothing more to it, it's that simple! The best part is, there is no limit to how much commission you can earn!

5 How to Get Referrals: Waiting for potential referrals to come to you will most likely not happen; therefore, you must take matters into your own hands and constantly be on the search for potential leads! Some methods of generating leads include: New Businesses: do you know of a new local business or someone forming a new company? If so, send them our way to help establish their online presence. Frustrated Business Owners: If you hear about a website owner complaining that their web developer takes forever to get back to them, forever to complete simple web updates, charges too much money, has suddenly disappeared or lacks professionalism, simply drop our name and contact info and suggest they call us. Websites That are Not Bringing in New Leads, Clients, Customers or Sales: Do you know of someone that has a website that isn't getting them new business? If so, we can install an analytics program and pin point the exact issue causing this. Are people not finding the site? Are they finding it but leaving right away? If so, why? We help website owners improve their conversion rates. Not only that, we offer a variety of internet marketing solutions that optimize, increase traffic and establish online presence for all different kinds of websites.

6 Terms & Conditions Payouts are made in US dollars, typically being received by referrer immediately upon receiving full payment from the client for the services rendered. For referrers based outside of the United States, payouts will be made via PayPal. You may not refer your own existing website or refer yourself for another service after having used an initial service with us. Referral payouts are awarded for INITIAL agreement/contract with referred client only. Any upgrades to initial services rendered by us will not be considered a referral, and the referrer will not be awarded any referral payouts for those services rendered. Any and all referrals that are to be officially given credit by our referral program must be documented and agreed to by the referred client in the initial contract signed by that client. If there is no documentation of the referral in the initial contract, then we are not obligated to provide any compensation for the referral, unless otherwise specifically documented by Super Web Solutions. We reserve the right to change or modify this program without notice. We have sole authority over the referral process and all aspects of the program are governed by our management. We shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by us are final. You will not receive commission if the party being referred does not agree to the cost of the project. In other words, if we do not sell any services, you will not get paid for the referral. If the project is terminated for any reason during the project life cycle, instead of the full commission, you will be rewarded a commission comparable to the progress and the stage of the project development. As is our long-standing policy, we do not release client information to third parties or joint/companies without express written notice from the client.
