A Sponsored Products allows you to promote your products on the product description pages, which helps maximize your sales with minimal effort and reach new customers More visibility: Increase your products exposure and views and thus more potential customers to your shop Effective investment: Pay only when customers click on your sponsored products (Pay for performance) High potential customers: Sponsored product is displayed at the product page, when it is relevant to the customers. Data to help future decisions: A dashboard is available for you to monitor product performance e.g. total clicks and sales of a campaign etc. You can find Sponsored Products on the product detail page on the right hand-side box (only active on Lazada desktop & mobile site). You can t specify where your sponsored products will appear, the location of the ad is automatically served to the most relevant customer (who is highest likely to buy). 4 I can t see my products in the Sponsored Products placement After campaign creation & adding products in, it takes a day for the Sponsored Algorithm to start displaying your SKUs 10

11 FAQ Q 1 How does free credit work? A Free promotion credit gets automatically balanced with your spend (during the duration of the promotion). This means until your free credit expires or is fully utilized you will not be charged. 2 What happens to Sponsored SKUs when they are multi-sourced? The products displayed in Sponsored Products placement are single SKUs. Meaning on the product detail page you don t see the multi source details. 3 What is the difference between direct & assisted performance? 4 What is the daily budget? Direct is sales that generate when customers click on your sponsored product ad and purchase that particular product Assisted is sales that generate when a customer click on your sponsored product ad but end up buying your other products. You have to set a daily budget for each campaign in order for your ads to be displayed. The amount entered is the daily amount you are maximum willing to spend. The campaigns will automatically pause when the budget set is reached. 5 How do I pay for my Sponsored Products campaigns? Your Sponsored Products payment gets deducted from your Lazada pay-out (following the same cycle) 11

12 FAQ Q 1 What does CPC mean? A CPC stands for Cost-Per-Click, each time a customer clicks your sponsored product ad this is the amount. This a fixed amount set by Lazada, which is set by category. 2 How does Sponsored Products handle fraud & fake clicks? Lazada has enforced an anti-fraud algorithm to track malicious behaviour. 3 What is date picker? The date picker on the main dashboard helps to understand performance between the selected dates. 12

A Number of SKUs Total SKUs that have been selected for the campaign & will be sponsored Daily Budget - Total amount you are willing to spent on an on-going basis Total Budget Spent Total amount you have spent on your Sponsored Product Ads Total Clicks The amount of times customers clicked on your sponsored product ads Total Items Sold All the items sold that your sponsored products ads generated (sum of direct and assisted) Total Sales All the sales your sponsored product ads generated (sum of direct and assisted) Please note the data shown is gross (before cancelations & returns) 13
