3 Dental Services If you have coverage with IU Health Plans, you have dental benefits. (Refer to your Summary of Benefits or Evidence ofcoverage for full details.) To access the transportation programs in your community, call ProCare Network for personal assistance to help you with a solution to your transportation needs. Here s a tip on how to stretch your Taxi Discounts. Use the share-a-ride concept. It s easy. This is how it works. When two or more persons share the same ride they pay one metered fare, plus a small fee for each additional person. Meal Assistance Sometimes a helping hand is needed to assure you receive daily nutrition needs. 9 Access to quality hearing care and hearing aids for low income individuals and families AUDIENT is a non profit program available to those who meet the income qualification guidelines. The program gives access to a national network of Audiologists and a select catalogue of hearing aids by six major manufacturers at substantially reduced prices. AUDIENT gives low income families access to quality hearing care and hearing aids at an affordable rate. The cost for one hearing aid and related care through the program ranges from $700-$975 and the cost for two hearing aids and related care ranges from $1150- $1575. You may refer to the income qualification guidelines below to determine if you are eligible to participate.
