2 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Rules and Regulations Why Exhibit? Don t miss this amazing opportunity to showcase your company during these two days of access with key leaders. We have designed the sponsorship and exhibitor options to encourage quality face time with your current and potential customers. Showcase your products and services to Code Compliance Professionals who come to this national event to learn, see and experience new cutting edge products and services and to keep current on industry trends and issues as well as meet with specific companies to network and hear what they have to offer. Those attending include: Property Maintenance and Housing Inspectors Zoning Officials/Inspectors Planners Code Enforcement Officials and Administrators Building Inspectors Full Payment is required with this application. Cancellations must be made by October 15, 2018 with fifty percent (50%) of the total being refunded. Any cancellations made after October 15, 2018 will result in no refund to the exhibitor. October 15, 2018 will also be the last day to make changes to the Exhibitor Badges. Demonstrations and exhibits must be confined to the contracted space. AACE, the exhibit facility, the members, AACE representative and/or employees of the facility will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor s representative while on the event property. AACE and its agents and employees will not be liable for failure to hold the exhibition as scheduled. Exhibitors agree to maintain insurance that will fully protect, hold harmless and indemnity the exhibition management and the sponsor from any and all claims of any nature including claims under the Workman s Compensation Act. Damage to the facility housing and the exhibit caused or done by the exhibitor shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Room rates are subject to tax which is currently 9.75%. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Any requests for special arrangements must be made at the time of your call. Reservations must be made on or before October 5, 2018 to get the AACE discount. Parking: Self-parking is complimentary. The Valet Parking Rate is $ Shipping and Receiving Information Vendors who would like to ship items ahead of time will ship them to the Omni Interlocken in at 500 Interlocken Blvd., Broomfield, Co Items should be marked to say For AACE Conference. This should be written in plain sight and put to the attention of the sender. Should shipments arrive 48 hours prior to the conference the hotel will charge $7.00 per box and $3.00 per day for storage fees.
