3 Detais target fied Detais Pre-Paid Concessions Groups of 25 or more have the opportunity to pre-pay for their group s concession stand needs by oading vaue onto the barcode of each of your tickets. Vaues between $5 and $50 are avaiabe. This aows you to entertain your cients and empoyees without the hasse of handing cash. Pre-pay for concessions when ordering your group seats or when making your fina group outing payments. Ask your representative for detais. BALLPARK Gates Open Monday Thursday: 1½ hours prior to game Friday Sunday: 2 hours prior to game Batting Practice (B.P.) Athough schedues may vary, the Twins typicay take B.P. for 45 minutes, beginning about 2½ hours before the game. Visitors B.P. foows, asting about 45 minutes. Target Fied VIDEOBOARD Wi Wecome Your Group! A groups are wecomed to Target Fied on the main video board and the right fied ribbon board. The message typicay appears in the 4th inning and they are isted in aphabetica order by group name. Let your group members know and cheer oudy when your group is isted!

4 Destination target fied Target Fied is one of the most mutimoda, transit oriented baparks in America. Pubic transit use is strongy encouraged for mobiity, environmenta stewardship and convenience. Light Rai The Metro Bue Line and Metro Green Line offer fast, quiet ight-rai service directy to Target Fied from Minneapois, St. Pau and Boomington. Specia sixhour roundtrip event tickets are avaiabe for Target Fied events. From the East Trave westbound on I-94 and exit on Oson Memoria Highway (Highway 55). Turn right (east) after exiting then another right onto North 7th Street (Highway 55). Merge onto I-94 West and exit on Oson Memoria Highway (Highway 55). Turn right (east) after exiting then another right onto North 7th Street (Highway 55). You wi see Target Fied on your eft. From the South Trave northbound on I-35 and foow I-35W at the divide. Take the downtown exit and foow once it turns into 5th Avenue South. Turn eft at 7th Street South and Target Fied wi be just beyond the Target Center and numerous parking ramps. From the Northwest Trave eastbound on I-94 and exit on Oson Memoria Highway (Highway 55). Turn eft (east) after exiting then another right onto North 7th Street (Highway 55). You wi see Target Fied on your eft. From the Southwest Trave north on 169 and take I-394 East. 5 Checkist group organizer Make your Twins group outing a success by foowing these simpe steps. (Steps may vary sighty for each group.) 4 1 Seect Game Date and Seating Area Work with your Twins Group Account Executive to put seats on hod for your group outing. Send a save the date message to potentia participants in your group outing. Specia Notes 2 Consider your food/beverage needs If hosting an event in an Event Suite, Premier Suite, Skyine Suite or the Budweiser Roof Deck, you wi be contacted by Target Fied caterer, Deaware North Sportservice. If you woud ike to discuss options sooner, pease contact Jessica Dabec at (jdabec@deawarenorth.com) or Liz Amici at 612, (eamici@deawarenorth.com). If your group is 25 or more peope, you may pre-pay for the group s concession stand needs. Pre-pay for concessions when making your fina group outing payments. Ask your executive for detais. 3 Promote Your Group Outing Be sure to inform your group that ticket quantities for your outing are imited. (Additiona seats may not be avaiabe.) Determine deadine for members of your group to respond to the Twins ticket offer. Be sure the deadine wi aow you to meet your three week payment deadine to the Twins. (The payment deadine is four weeks for Event Suites, Premier Suite and Skyine Suite, and six weeks for Budweiser Roof Deck.) Send emai with ordering instructions to a potentia group members. Share your outing information on socia media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Distribute fyers/order forms to potentia members of your group. *See bank fyer on next page. Ca your Twins Group Account Executive today! 4 Begin Taking Orders From Participants in Your Group Outing Determine how fina payment wi be sent to the Twins (check or credit card). We recommend you fi your group s ticket requests in the order in which they are received to ensure fairness within your organization. 5 Communicate Fina Group Ticket Needs and Send Payment to the Twins Due: 3 weeks prior to game date* Report fina ticket number and determine amount needed for oaded concession vouchers if desired. Ca your Twins Account Executive with credit card payment or mai your group invoice with payment (pease don t forget to incude the $10.00 service/handing fee). Payment for pre-paid concessions wi need to be incuded with fina group outing payments. * The payment deadine is four weeks for Event Suites, Premier Suite and Skyine Suite, and six weeks for Budweiser Roof Deck. 6 Prepare for Game Day Receive and distribute Twins tickets to group members or communicate distribution pan to group participants. Pease note that the Twins Box Office is NOT avaiabe to distribute tickets for your group. Contact Target Fied caterer to finaize your food & beverage order (Budweiser Roof Deck, Suite and Pre-game Party customers ony).
