1 THE ODISHA AGRO INDUSTRIES CORPORATION LIMITED (A Government of Odisha Undertaking) 95, SATYA NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE Sealed EOI is invited from the SLTC approved qualified manufacturers for supply of different Plant Protection Chemicals, Bio-pesticides and Herbicides as approved by the Director of Agriculture & Food production (Odisha) Bhubaneswar to the farmers of Odisha through SURAVI outlets, opened in the 314 blocks of Odisha and also through sale centre of Agriculture departments as per indent of the concerned authority if any and similar govt. order. As the price of the product which has been approved in SLTC only is indicative and the qualified manufacturers are requested to quote their price with allowable discount and credit period if any to the undersigned in the prescribed format. The EOI documents will be available in the office of the OAIC, 95, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar on deposit of Rs.2240/- including 12% GST from to up to 2:00 P.M. The application format can be downloaded from the website of the Corporation. The offer should reach the office on or before by 5:00 P.M. and the offer shall be opened at 11AM. on The rate to be quoted by the manufacturers will be final and thereafter, no negotiation will be allowed. The supply should be made at the block point of the District or at SURAVI outlets on FOR basis or at district agriculture sale centre or at block points in case of Govt. supply 2. The manufacturer must supply quality product as per the specification Insecticide Act and the product must have a valid Quality Test Report from a Government notified or NABL accredited Laboratory. 3. The manufacturers must submit valid manufacturing license of the product applied and Principal Certificate in favour of OAIC Ltd, Bhubaneswar. 4. The manufacturer must submit the CIB Registration Certificate of the product applied. 5. The manufacturer must submit certificate of registration / sale stock license within Odisha. 6. The manufacturer must be willing to issue Principal certificate of its product in the name of 314 SURAVI outlets. 7. OAIC reserves the right to place supply order to more than one manufacturer.

3 8. The manufacturer must submit their dealer list with complete address and bank details. Thereafter no change in the dealer list will be allowed. 9. The payment will be released only after receipt of payments from Government or from other Departments / Institutions if any and subject to such Govt.guidelines and procedures. 10. Any damage stock will be replaced by fresh stock and unsold stock will be taken back by the manufacturer within 90 days of supply at their cost. 11. The sample is to be drawn from time to time by the Insecticide Inspector of Agriculture Department for analysis following the provisions of Insecticide Act The substandard products should be replaced by fresh quality products. If substandard products in three tests of same product or different products are found, OAIC shall forfeit the EMD and impose ban for 3 years from taking part in tender in future. 13. In case the substandard products have been distributed & sold to farmers, compensation as appropriate including loss due to crop loss shall be borne by the manufacturer. 14. The tender will be invited for selected product as per the list. 15. The Manufacturer has to provide EMD of Rs.20,000/- in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of OAIC Ltd. payable at Bhubaneswar, which has to be attached with the Application Form, failing which the tender will not be considered & cancelled. 16. Offers to be submitted for supply of inputs in attached Schedule-I. 17. Application form to be submitted in Sealed covers super-scribing EOI for supply of Insecticide, biopesticides herbicides during OAIC reserves the right to reject or accept any or part / all application(s) received without assigning any reason. 19. For supply under any Govt. scheme, when order is placed in generic name,l1 rate will be used for procurement and the manufacturers willing to supply at L1 rate will be given order. When order is received with details of farmers choice of particular product with brand name and quantity specification the product will be procured accordingly. 20 Those who have participated in last Tender Call Notice No, dated Their offer price is still under sealed cover and it will be opened along with this EOI. Excess EMD of Rs /= will be returned to them on their demand. If they are willing to modify their offer already submitted to OAIC, they may apply again without EMD.
