Our mailing lists will include members name, title and mailing address. Only electronic lists will be provided to companies using a mail house and will be sent directly to the mail house. Pre-printed mailing labels will be sent to companies not using a mail house. At member request, addresses are not available. Regional mailing lists are available upon request. 7 OPPORTUNITIES SPONSORSHIP POINTS SYSTEM AND LEVELS OVERVIEW SPONSORSHIP POINTS SYSTEM All Corporate Champions and EXCHANGE Sponsors will receive priority points toward EXCHANGE 2018 booth selection respectively. Points will be earned in the following manner for exhibit participation toward 2018 booth placements: One point for each 10x10 booth for the current year (non-cumulative).* One point will be awarded for past participation as an exhibitor starting from the year There is a one-year grace period for not exhibiting. For companies not exhibiting for two consecutive years, consideration will only be given for the participation from when a company resumed exhibits participation. Points are earned for participation in membership at the rate of five points for current year-only membership. These points may be earned by either being a member or by applying for membership, up to the printing of the final priority point list. Points for contributions are earned as follows: Eight points for $50,000 or more pledged (non-cumulative)* Six points for $25,000 to $49,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* Five points for $20,000 to $24,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* Four points for $15,000 to $19,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* Three points for $10,000 to $14,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* Two points for up to $9,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* One point for up to $4,999 pledged (non-cumulative)* *Non-cumulative sponsorship points will be awarded on a current year basis only. A passport-style card will be included with the attendees registration materials, and attendees will collect stamps from the participating exhibit companies during the show. Participants will enter their passport for a chance to win a prize; the prize drawing will take place Tuesday before the close of the exhibit hall. The prizes will be listed in the final passbook alongside your company name. The way it works is simply: You submit a question to AHE about your company that you want the attendee to ask you in order to foster dialogue We will add your question, booth number and company name on the passbook Each attendee will receive a passbook in their registration packet that they must complete for a chance to win some fabulous prizes During exhibit hours the attendee will visit each participating exhibitor in order to ask the question on their passbook and get your stamp Without your stamp, they can t win, so be prepared for increased traffic to your booth! 10

This is the premiere event of the year for environmental services professionals as they investigate new products and services, meet with colleagues and sales representatives, stay informed on AHE activities, participate in educational courses and more! There are several valuable advertising opportunities that will deliver maximum exposure for your marketing budget. EXCHANGE ATTENDEE MAILING LABELS AHE can enhance your reach to attendees prior to and after EXCHANGE. Contact information includes attendees names, titles and mailing addresses. Attendee lists are a great way to introduce your company via mailers and invite them to your booth prior to the event. Please note the pre-conference lists will be available on August 1. At members request, addresses are not included. Distribute company samples or information about booth activities and events directly to EXCHANGE conference attendees. The information will be placed under the door of each attendee staying in the AHE room block. This fee offsets the coordination and hotel labor for distribution. Post-conference survey data noted that 86% of recipients read the distributed pieces and 66% visited the highlighted booth. Per AHE s contract, all room drop requests must be processed through AHE. 12

PDFs will be uploaded to the EXCHANGE website making exhibitors services and products brochures available to a larger audience.
