The Lenovo PCG Partner Engage Program is the new, tiered, value-added program offered to select channel partners and designed to promote our mutual business interests by supporting Growth, New Customer Acquisition, and Selling Complex Solutions in your business today and in the future. Program Levels and Qualifications Simple and transparent, the Lenovo PCG Partner Engage Program delivers attractive incentives such as rebates and development funds, along with easy access to personalized business resources through your dedicated partner portal. The channel partner tier levels are based on annual revenue thresholds. Included on your website and marketing materials, your Lenovo PCG Partner Engage Program insignia reinforces your business credibility and influence in the marketplace. 4 Guidelines for RM and TM Teams RM Team Addresses a named list of customers with 1000 seats or greater. While this team has a direct relationship with the end user, upward of 95% of the fulfillment is transacted indirectly via Lenovo Business Partners. When you register opportunities on the Lenovo Partner Portal (LPP), Lenovo will quickly determine if the customer is a named RM customer and allocate a Lenovo RM Account Executive to assist you. TM Team Rules of Engagement A protocol for partnership Addresses the rest of the commercial marketplace. All fulfillment to these customers is via Lenovo Business Partners. Lenovo relies heavily on Partners to maintain sales relationships. It is important to register your opportunities early on the Lenovo Partner Portal. This will highlight that you are involved and allow the appropriate levels of support to be aligned. The Deal Registration process ensures preferential support for Business Partners with longstanding relationships and engagements with end users. When you submit a deal registration on the LPP, the key factors considered to provide you with preferential treatment are: Prior sales history Recent sales activities Whether you intend to respond as a Lenovo solution or a solution exclusively offering multiple brand options If the end user requires more than one response The key to Lenovo s growth is the continuous support we provide to our Business Partner community. Our rules of engagement clearly articulate when and how we and our Business Partners engage end users. The Lenovo sales organization is split into two large sales teams: Relationship Management (RM) and Transactional Management (TM). These teams are aligned against specific customer segments to ensure a high level of professional engagement and provide clearly predictable sales behaviors. Each team knows their responsibility and territory.
