3 Z Y M B O L B U S I N E S S O P P O R T U N I T Y & E A R N I N G P O T E N T I A L A Zymbologist is an Independent Sales Associate of Meridane Design LLC, hereinafter referred to as ZYMBOL. Definition: Independent Sales Associates or (ISA s) are individuals who have chosen to participate in our company s program as an independent contractor, of their own free will, and for the purpose of marketing the ZYMBOL product line. We call them Zymbologists. An ISA is not an employee, but an independent contractor, in business for themselves, responsible for themselves, and agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Enrollment Agreement, and or other stipulations adopted or updated by ZYMBOL and posted on our website. Your main focus as a Zymbologist will be to earn income by selling ZYMBOL branded products at home parties that we call Show & Tells. You ll also have the opportunity to sell ZYMBOL directly through your own e-commerce website or at events (trade shows, expos, etc.) If your goal is to generate career level income, you ll want to build a team and mentor other Zymbologists. This way, you can earn a percentage of everything they sell on top of your own sales. As you help others grow, you ll grow in return. ZYMBOL s compensation model provides unlimited opportunity for Independent Sales Associates to develop and grow customer sales for a commission. Our compensation model is designed for Distributors who are looking for a side hustle to Distributors who are looking to make career level income. 1.) Distributor may loosely focus on Customer Sales for Retail Bonuses. 2.) Distributor may heavily promote Customer Sales for Increased Retail Bonuses through Overrides. 3.) Distributor may focus on face-to-face events or home-based parties to present ZYMBOL products to groups of potential customers. 4.) Sellers may leverage their time by building a team of Zymbologists 5.) 4 SALES DETERMINE RANK RANK DETERMINES COMMISSION As a Zymbologist you have opportunity to market and sell the company s inspirational product line to consumers for commissions and bonuses. Personal sales will result in commissions and bonuses Personal and team sales performance equates to Rank Advancement Rank Advancement equates to higher potential commissions and bonuses on sales ** We DO NOT provide commissions or bonuses on Recruiting. We have three amazing starter kits available to get you started as a Zymbologist. All kits are priced with a generous discount, having a retail value of about 3 times the purchase price! We also have an incredible back office suite for our consultants which is $14.95 per month. Your Office Suite is includes a replicated website plus a comprehensive suite of tools and reports at your fingertips to grow your business: Schedule parties with ease, track customer orders, watch your downline in real time, use the built-in social selling module, and many other great top-of-the-line features! As a Zymbologist you may immediately market your personalized replicated website to drive customer sales for commissions. This is the easiest and FASTEST way for anyone to generate income, and is solely based on your own efforts. ZYMBOL will drop-ship all orders placed through your website and pay your commissions at the end of each period. This is a great way to start selling as you won t have to carry extra inventory or process customer payments. **Independent Sales Associate is expected to create a monthly subscription ($14.95 per month) for the Web Page; back office tools, reports, etc. at the time of enrollment. To ensure that the consultant has access to the resources needed to create and maintain an active ZYMBOL business, Independent Sales Associate agrees to maintain their subscription for the duration of their Independent Contractor relationship with ZYMBOL. Our technology partner is Inspetta. Independent Sales Representative agrees to the Inspetta terms and conditions when they create their subscription.

There is no limit to the number of Show & Tells you can coordinate in a calendar year. IMPORTANT: ZYMBOL does not limit or CAP to how many Parties and Sales you can do. No Rank Qualification Is Required. TEAM DIRECT SALES OVERRIDE BONUS (DSOB) Earn a commission on personally sponsored Independent Sales Associates, aka - ZYMBOLOGISTS. You can earn 4% - 10% of the sales your team makes, depending on your own Rank Qualification. IMPORTANT: ZYMBOL does not limit or CAP to how many Team Directs you can acquire, provided participating ISA s are focused on Customer Sales. Rank Qualifications DO apply to this bonus. TEAM DIRECT SALES OVERRIDE BONUS CHECK MATCH (DSOB CM) As your team builds their own team you could earn a % Check Match on their DSOB. Depending on your own Rank Qualifications, you could earn up to 50% DSOB CM from DSOB earnings of your Direct Team ISA s IMPORTANT: ZYMBOL does not limit or CAP to how many ISA s your Team Directs you can acquire. Rank Qualifications DO apply to this bonus. Infinity Override Rank Blocked (IOB) Based on your own Rank Qualification, you could earn an added 1% of Sales Override, through your Downline Team, to Infinity, or until blocked by an Equal Rank or Higher. IMPORTANT: With exception of a block, by an equal or greater rank than your own, there is not CAP in the Depth you may enjoy Sales Overrides on. 10 D E F I N I T I O N S Personal Product Purchases are Optional AND some products, such as Corporate Tools (Brochures, Business Cards, etc.) are NOT Commissionable. ISA ISA is an Independent Sales Associate. An individual, organization, company or legal entity who has elected to market ZYMBOL products and services as an Independent Distributor. The Independent Distributor is represented as an Income Center within the company's sales team and by a designated ISA ID. The Independent Distributor acknowledges and agrees to all ZYMBOL Terms of Service, Compensation Plan Policy, Independent ISA Agreement and all other policies and procedures of ZYMBOL. 70% RULE ISA certifies or guarantees that Seventy percent (70%) of their sales production is obtained through customer purchasing. ACTIVE Active status is assigned to ISA s of ZYMBOL, which have a minimum $1 DIRECT PERSONAL VOLUME (PSV) (Direct PSA s Total PSV) Personally Sponsored Direct ISA s Total PSV. DIRECT TEAM OVERRIDE Bonus (DSOB) - % of sales orders of your Personal Direct Team ISA s and their Customers. You may view this as Level 1 ISA s and their Customers. DIRECT TEAM CHECK MATCH (DSOB CM) - % Match on the DSOB Commissions earned by your Personally Sponsored ISA s, referred to as your Direct Team ISA s. This occurs as our Direct Team ISA s earn their own DSOB and your qualification for the DSOB CM. INCOME CENTER Income Center refers to the particular ISA s Member ID and Genealogical Position within the Company, represented in Placement and relationship to others, and having said rights as a Distributor of the Company, in participation of sales for commissionable reward(s). INFINITY OVERRIDES - Rank Blocked (IOB) - % of CV on orders through Direct ISA s and their Direct ISA s through a genealogical structure until reaching an equivalent rank or higher. GROUP BUSINESS VOLUME (GV) Total Group PSV of Direct ISA s and their Direct ISA s and so on, through a genealogical progression of all PSV on Customer and ISA Orders. PAC or PCUS Personal Active Customers (Having a paid order in commissionable period). PERSONAL CUSTOMER VOLUME (PCUSV) PCUSV is a metric used for Rank Qualification, specifically identifying the Sales Volume to Customers/Consumers. PCUSV does not include tax or shipping on sales. PERSONAL SALES VOLUME or PERSONAL QUALIFYING VOLUME (PSV) PSV is a metric used for Rank Qualifications. It is the Adjusted Retail Value (RV) of orders, measured to determine achievement of Rank within a Commissionable Period for a Income Center. It includes Personal Customer Orders, as well as the ISA s own Personal Orders.

11 PISAs DIRECT - DIRECT TEAM ISA S Number of Active ISA s which are Direct to you. PISA by RANK Personal Active ISA s that have achieved specific Ranks. PLACEMENT TREE Refers to the specific placement within Generational Levels, which the immediate upline may OR may not be the enrolling sponsor. RANK ACHIEVEMENT (RA) One-Time bonus for reaching stated Rank. RETAIL COMMISSION (RB) 20% of Customer Sales by an ISA. All ISA s ranked Affiliate and Higher can earn RB (Retail Sales Bonus), which is a set % of Retail Sales to Customers/Consumers. RETAIL COMMISSION (RB) 20% of Customer Sales by an ISA. RETAIL SALES OVERRIDE BONUS (RSOB) Added % of Personal Retail Sales, based on Sales Chart. RETAIL VOLUME (RV) Adjusted Retail Value of Order: Retail Value Minus any Discounts, Refunds, Store Credits or Non-Commissionable Products. SPONSOR TREE Refers to a downline Sales Team organized by personally referred (personally sponsored) ISA s on the first Generational Level of Referrer (Sponsor). Further Generational Levels are represented by those Personally referred (Personally Sponsored) ISA s acquiring their own personally referred (Personally Sponsored) ISA s. UPLINE - Refers to the ISA on the Generational Level immediately above a specific ISA and may or may not be the enrolling sponsor ZYMBOL will calculate all commissions the 1st through the 3rd of each month and send commissions no later than the 15th of each month. Consultant can choose to get paid electronically through ewallet, PayPal or ACH Direct Deposit. Consultants enrolling in ACH Direct Deposit agree to the following terms: I understand that if an erroneous debit/ credit is made to my account Meridane Design LLC and the financial institution are authorized to reverse the entry and make any adjustments necessary to my account to correct the erroneous entry. This authorization is to remain in full force and effective until Meridane Design LLC has received notification from me of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford Meridane Design LLC and the depository (Bank or Credit Union) institution reasonable opportunity to act on it. Commissions will be calculated according to the level for which a Consultant actually satisfied all of the requirements according to the Compensation Plan rather than the highest rank or title achieved. Commission reports will be provided to Consultants on-line, via web access.
