2 Everyday Banking at the Post Office This toolkit has been designed specifically to support our banking partners and how they reference the banking services available at the Post Office. Ready-made assets and pre-approved copy will help to maintain consistency in the way we communicate the available services to our joint customers. These assets have been designed as guides for each bank to incorporate as they see fit. Consumer research has helped to determine that Everyday Banking at the Post Office best describes the banking service available. This umbrella term is the preferred way to reference the service across all customer communications.

You re free to distribute everything in and around your branches and in local communities when a branch is about to close. Tone of voice Your bank will have its own particular tone of voice. Please take the copy contained within as a guide and feel free to adapt it to the tone and language that matches your own brand guidelines.

You ll just need your card and PIN to withdraw cash and a pre-printed paying-in slip to deposit.
