2 2 Corporate Branding signature guidelines Due to IT concerns, the Dominion logo cannot be placed in signatures at this time. This is to reduce the chance of s being blocked and to alleviate the possibility of overloading servers. Please refrain from using the logo in your signatures to avoid these issues. Ordering business cards and stationery; accessing the Dominion Company Store The merger has presented the company an opportunity to review our branding guidelines and procedures. While the company is reviewing these, employees at Dominion Questar Corporate may want to consider buying Dominion-branded business cards, apparel and stationery items on an as-needed basis only, keeping order quantities to a minimum. The other Questar companies are still operating under their pre-merger names, and should re-order Questar and Wexpro-branded items in modest quantities. Business cards and stationery BCSI, of Burnsville, Minn., and Agawam, Mass., is Dominion s contracted supplier for business cards, letterhead, envelopes and other stationery products. Employees of Dominion Questar may make purchases through BCSI s online catalog using a company Pcard (company-issued credit card). First-time users will need to register on the BCSI site to make their first purchase. Once registered, employees will need to simply sign in to place repeat or new orders. The requestor will be responsible for proofing all cards for correct formatting and accuracy, following the guidelines posted on the site. Approvals for all cards (except those of officers) will be up to the employee s manager or above. Officer cards will be reviewed by Dominion s Law department. Approvers are asked to ensure the employee needs business cards, the information included on the card is valid, and that it meets Dominion s standards for professionalism. Employees are urged to check: name: Dominion discourages the use of nicknames on business communications. Familiar names may be used only in this format: Jonathan Q. John Public. (Nicknames that are inconsistent with the company s professional image may be denied.) title department/organization company: This is the company name (or doing-business-as name) that pays the employee. (Officers should use the company or business segment in which they are elected, rather than their employing company.) Because contractors are not employees of Dominion, they are not permitted to carry company business cards. However, contractor cards may be allowed in limited cases with approval from Corporate Security and Law. Please consult Sandra Hartley, manager-corporate Branding and Design, via at Sandra.A.Hartley@dom.com before ordering. The Dominion Company Store (Dominion-branded apparel) Dominion Questar employees now have access to the online Dominion Company Store to purchase Dominion-branded apparel and promotional products. The store is supplied by Robertson Marketing Group of Salem, Va. As with our stationery vendor, first-time users will need to register to make their first purchase. Once registered, employees will need to simply sign in to place new orders. There are three options for ordering: purchase stocked merchandise, browse the Dominion Mall and made-to-order sections for thousands of pre-selected items, or work with Robertson s Custom Order team for something you don t see in the store. Company-issued Pcards or store gift certificates are accepted payment methods, though large custom orders may be invoiced.

Automobile Insurance & Claims Important changes to vehicle accident procedures for company-owned and rental vehicle accidents It is important to know what to do if you are involved in a vehicle accident while conducting company business. There have been changes to current reporting procedures. Effective Oct. 1, 2016, Liberty Mutual will handle the adjustment of all company-owned and rental vehicle accidents. If you are assigned a company-owned vehicle or use a rental vehicle for business purposes, please refer to the following: For company-owned vehicles New/replacement insurance cards and accident reporting kits are being distributed by Fleet Services. When received, print the documents and replace/destroy any out-of-date insurance cards. Every company-owned vehicle must have a new Liberty Mutual insurance card and vehicle accident reporting kit in the glove box. For rental vehicles Prior to travel, make certain the rental vehicle information provided to you by the travel coordinator includes the accident reporting kit. Carry the kit with you at all times, and do not leave it in the rental vehicle when it is returned to the rental agency. Employees must continue to provide their supervisor with sufficient information so that the supervisor can complete the automobile accident report form (Form No ) within two working days of any loss or damage.
