3 General Information Purpose of Ehibits: The purpose of the ehibits is to complement the professional clinical sessions by enabling registrants to see, hear, eamine, question, and evaluate the latest developments in equipment, materials supplies and services which are recommended for use in the field of pediatric neuropsychology. TRAFFIC: All food functions and scientific poster sessions along with breaks will be held in the same room with ehibitors in order to maimize booth traffic. Currently planned are upgraded continental breakfasts on Friday and Saturday along with morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and scientific poster sessions on Saturday morning and afternoon, in conjunction with cocktail receptions early evening during ehibit hours. Eligibility: The American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product and promotion that in their opinion is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the Conference. Ehibits or Ehibitors that through their conduct or printed matter detract from or are determined to not be in keeping with the character of the conference may be evicted. In the event of an eviction AAPdN is not liable for refunds. Ehibitors Installation and Dismantle: Ehibitor installation: Thursday, April 11, :00pm 5:00pm Ehibitor dismantle: Sunday, April 14, :00am 12:00pm *Ehibit Hall installation and dismantle hours are subject to change. Ehibit space is defined as one table, 6 to 8 wide (as determined by hotel availability). Standard equipment includes one skirted table, two folding chairs, a wastebasket and one identification sign. No walls, partitions, decorations, or any other obstructions may be erected that in any way interfere with the view of any other ehibit.

Rules & Regulations Application for Ehibit Space Please review the entire prospectus prior to applying for space. AAPdN regulations and guidelines included here are important to the success of the conference. Applications for space must be made on the included link (AAPdN 2019 Annual Conference Ehibitor & Sponsor Registration). The deadline for receipt of the Ehibitor Application & Agreement for space is March 1, Applications received after that date will be assigned to the available space once assignments from applications received prior to March 1, 2019 have been made. Confirmation of booth assignment will be sent to the contact by March 15, AAPdN reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any ehibit upon consultation with said ehibitor.

5 Spaces cannot be assigned, sublet, or otherwise disposed of without consent of AAPdN. Terms of Payment Payment for the total amount must accompany the Ehibitor & Sponsor Registration Form. A PayPal account is linked for your convenience. Cashier s Checks can be used for payment if arrangements for such have been made through the Conference Planning Committee. Cancellation of Ehibit Space Cancellations received before March 1, 2019 will be refunded in total. Cancellations received after March 1, 2019 are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the space cancelled, unless the spaces are all sold out. The cancellation notice must be received in writing by March 1, 2019 to receive a refund. Registration of Company Representatives Ehibit area attendance is restricted to qualified ehibitors. Ehibitor representatives must be in the space rented on the ehibit floor and are not admitted for the purpose of viewing other ehibits, ecept by invitation of other ehibitors. Ehibit Hall Security It is recommended that each ehibitor take the necessary precautions to protect his/her ehibit space, as ehibitors will be responsible for their products and space materials. Solicitation by Non-Ehibitor Personnel Firms and representatives of firms not assigned ehibit space are prohibited from soliciting business during the Annual Conference. Violators will be promptly ejected from the convention area. Liability The ehibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of ehibitor s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology, the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Care of Building Ehibitors will be held responsible for any damage done to the building by them, their agents or employees. Building walls, woodwork or floor must not be defaced or altered. Tacking, taping or nailing of signs,

6 banners, etc. to any walls or woodwork is prohibited. Sales During Conference Ehibitors selling merchandise onsite at the Conference must have the applicable ta licenses for the state of Nevada and the city of Las Vegas. Otherwise, orders may be placed for delivery shipped from ehibitor s regular place of business.
