5 Message From Board of Directros At Diaylaa-Organo our target is to build a solid scientific bureau to be one of Iraqi s most successful bureaus based on skilled marketing and promotion teams, modern offices, warehouses and experienced supporting functions in order to provide the best sales and customer service, therefore, we have focused all of our efforts to provide the Iraqi market with high quality products and significant services to meet our customers needs. At Diaylaa-Organo, we believe that a successful company must have the capability to adapt to all circumstances and changes while maintaining the level of service and commitments that society demands, therefore, we are convinced of the need to build and maintain close cooperative relationships with our customers through initiative and value-added programs. 7 Diaylaa scientific bureau Founded on May 2008 by Dr. Ali Al-Azzawi in Baghdad, business started at that time as a distributor for one company, nowadays Diaylaa Scientific bureau has expanded to hold exclusive agencies for world class brand names as well as generic companies.. Organo Company Based in Erbil, founded in 2006 by Mr. Anwar Rahman Aziz to become the leading company for providing medical supplies in Iraq and Kurdistan Region in particular. Diaylaa - Organo 2013, was a turning point towards the right path after the fusion of Diaylaa Scientific bureau with Organo company in Kurdistan to cover all Iraqi provinces under one umbrella and one board of directors. 16 Our Customers According to the latest update from Iraqi and Kurdistan Syndicates the total number of Pharmacies and warehouses stand at 7500 and 550 respectively. Diaylaa-Organo covers: Pharmacies: 1450 from Classes A, B, C and D, from which 100% of class A and B pharmacies are covered (242 pharmacies), By the end of 2015, we are planning to increase our coverage by 25-30% for total number of pharmacies depending on the security situation and in alignment with Syndicate of pharmacy rules. Warehouse: 373 from class A, B, C and D from which 100% of Class A and B warehouses are covered (90 warehouse). 16
