The juice, juice drinks, and smoothies market had sales of $19.79 billion in The category sales are expected to reach $20.77 billion in In 2016, $10.22 billion of the category sales were due to juice drinks, $8.46 billion due to 100% juice, and $1.10 billion due to smoothie sales. This is the leading attribute. 89% of juice drink consumers believe made-to-order smoothies are an enjoyable way to consume fruits and vegetables. 48% of U.S. juice drinkers believe juice is a good substitution for soda.
