2 About the Conference ImageTrend is an international provider of software for EMS agencies, fire departments, hospitals, ambulance billing providers and emergency response managers; and software to manage connected health data among EMS, hospital and community paramedicine providers. ImageTrend s solutions are implemented at local, regional, statewide and federal levels. ImageTrend is the most trusted data solution provider since This year marks the 11th annual conference, which attracts emergency response professionals to learn about new technologies and methodologies for their field. Attendee Profile Attendees include decision makers such as agency and hospital administrators, EMS and fire chiefs, departmental officers, paramedics, EMTs, emergency resource planners and other professionals dedicated to emergency response. The attendees are from different regions of the United States and arrive for education, networking and discussion involving ways to refine and improve efficiencies within their profession. The conference is expected to attract more than 500 attendees in. Speaker Topics Guest speakers and ImageTrend subject matter experts teach educational sessions and lead discussions throughout the conference. Subjects include data reporting and quality, uniform standards, improving performance and visionary topics. 3 Vendor Profile Vendors have a strong interest or presence in the same industries and roles that ImageTrend serves. Attendees will seek out products and services related to their data collection, operational duties and improvement of their team s performance in the line of duty. Successful vendors have included integrated data solutions, computer hardware manufacturers and resellers, EKG monitor manufacturers, legal services and consulting, pharmaceutical and supplies inventory control, and other data-related services. A segment of the attendees has also indicated a strong interest in trauma and fire-related vendors. Vending / Sponsorship Opportunities ImageTrend Connect offers a unique opportunity within a close-knit community. All sponsorships include exhibition privileges. Community, Silver and Gold sponsorship levels include enhanced branding. The first two days of the conference are scheduled with vendor breaks between sessions, and all booths are located in common areas adjacent to the meeting rooms for convenient access and high visibility. There is no vending the third day of the conference. Sponsor exhibit representatives are welcome to attend sessions when not at the booth and are encouraged to attend the evening hospitality events. Booth Space Setup Each exhibiting sponsor will be assigned a space with a 6 table and skirt, standard chairs and wireless internet access. The Exhibitor level sponsorship includes registration for ONE representative (includes breakfast, lunch and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, Hooley Awards dinner Wednesday evening, the Tuesday and Thursday evening hospitality events and optional breakfast on Friday). Community, Silver and Gold level sponsorships include registration for TWO representatives. Additional representatives must be registered for $565 each. Important Note ELECTRICAL ACCESS IS NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE ORDERED FROM THE VENUE IN ADVANCE. Additional furniture and other services may be available from the venue as well (service kit will be forwarded to sponsor contact when available).

Larger displays or freestanding booths require venue approval and may incur additional costs. See complete terms and participation agreement at Setup and Teardown Vendors must set up displays between 2-5PM on Tuesday, July 23 or 6-7AM on Wednesday, July 24. All displays must be setup by 7AM on Wednesday morning. Exhibits must be taken down between 5-6PM on Thursday, July 25 or 6-7AM on Friday, July 26 (no early teardowns without preapproval from conference staff).
