We will continue to develop the specific property brand within the VNL Sales distribution network thereby adding continuous value to the properties we represent. We ensure each of the properties we represent retains its individual brand within the VNL distribution channel. 12 DIRECT We ensure that sustainable and pro-active sales programmes are developed, introduced, executed and measured at each product. On-site reservations staff become part of our online host programs and team. A dedicated direct sales and marketing file is established for each property (DOT file). Sales programs are focussed on the property specific. We establish a property specific data-basis of regular clients and advise on loyalty programs.
