4 Proline Series The Proline Series is the result of many years of industry research and development combined with our extensive experience of working with waterjet cutting technology. One of the features is the proven, industrial high-pressure intensifier with Zirconia super polished ceramic plungers. High pressure pump system The Proline model includes a series of high pressure pumps ranging from 30 to 100 hp and can be customized with SL IV, SL IV+, SL V, or SL V+ intensifier. The Proline Series is based on industry standard components such as Siemens soft start, Siemens PLC, and an operator panel from Siemens. Further, Proline offers complete interchangeability with the KMT product range.

5 Proline Sytronix Eco pump The pump works as a team with the Sytronix drives controlling the variable speed of motors/pump. The flow and pressure transducer sense flow rate and pressure required and the drive controls the rpm of the motors, in line with the demand of flow and pressure required. This means the Sytronix regulates the speed and thus the power consumption of the electrical motors in line with demand. The higher the share of variable load the greater the saving potential, thus energy consumption can be reduced by up to 80%. 6 Complete product range High pressure pump spare parts A complete range of spare and wear parts for brands like KMT, Flow, WSI, Böhler, Omax, and Bystronic. To guarantee the right quality levels, a majority of the parts are designed by Projet System and manufactured by selected professionals. You can always trust products supplied by Projet System. That they meet the highest quality requirements and offer you optimized running cost. Complete SLV 75/100s now available We are happy to announce that we now can offer the complete SLV 75/100s line including the single hole inlet check valve. The high pressure cylinder is made by joining two tubes with extreme high pressure. The built in negative force gives our Cylinders a greater life span. The parts are mainly made in Sweden like most of the Projet products! This ensures a high quality and a longer life time of our products. Cutting heads and pneumatic valves We have an extensive range of complete cutting heads and pneumatic valves in our stock. All cutting heads and pneumatic valves are tested in our high pressure test facility to ensure the high quality we demand. Our cutting head Energy Life HQ is is designed for perfection in abrasive waterjet cutting. It s designed to give an exact jet to provide cut quality and speed.

7 all for waterjet cutting Focusing tubes and orifices For each customer there is a perfect combination of focusing tubes and orifices. Therefore we keep several brands, sizes, and varieties of orifices in stock. We also keep a large stock of focusing tubes in different sizes and in both Roctec qualities. However, we can also supply other models and brands according to our customers requirements. Garnet for each need Choosing the right garnet is very important. It will not only give you great results but also help you to save time and money. Using right garnet also decreases equipment wear and tear in particular, the costs for the cutting head and focusing tube are also reduced. This translates in to direct cost-savings and longer life-time. Projet has the experience of many years of waterjet cutting at our workshop and can help you find the right set-up for your cutting business. We also have the possibility to supply the right garnet to you. Tubing and fittings All our fittings are Autoclave originals. We carry a large stock with a big variety of fittings to be able to provide our customers with quick deliveries even when they need parts for bigger maintenance projects. As a complement to the fittings we can also provide both complete coning and threading tool kits or separate parts to these. We always stock high pressure tubing, available in different sizes and lengths to fit every customer s requirements. The customers can even choose to have the tubes coned and threaded at our workshop.

The kits consists of high-quality parts and provides you with all parts needed to lead water from Robot axis 1 to Robot axis 6. Some of the models that are offered as standard kits are ABB IRB 1600, ABB IRB 2400, ABB IRB 2600, ABB IRB2400L, Motoman SK16, Motoman UP 20 and Motoman HP 20. We also have kits for older models.
