A: It is a personalized web link for Melaleuca.com that you can share with others. For example, the URL could be This would direct them to the Melaleuca home page with Jane s name, contact information, and picture. Q: How can a personal link help my business? A: Add a custom URL to your business card to expand your contact list. Use it as a way to approach new Customers by telling them to go visit your website, or as a follow-up after an Overview. With your name, photo, and contact information on the page you ll be better prepared to keep the conversation going. New Online Enrollment Q: How do I start a new Enrollment? A: Go to the Enrollments tab in the Business Center and click Start a New Enrollment. You can enter the new Customer information and send an invitation to set up a shopping account. Q: How do I change the Presenter? A: After the Customer has completed their account, the enroller can change the presenter or support team Marketing Executive by going to the Enrollments page and clicking Confirm Details for the Customer. You can search for a new Presenter and save the change. Q: How do I change the support team Marketing Executive? A: After the Customer has completed their account, the enroller can change the Presenter or support team Marketing Executive by going to the Enrollment Center and clicking Confirm Details for the Customer. Q: How do I know my new Customer is Preferred? A: You can check the status of your new enrollment in the Follow Up Center in the Business Center. Q: When I start an online enrollment, is the new Customer placed in my organization? A: No, the new Customer does not occupy a placement in your organization until the Customer Membership Agreement is saved. If the Customer does not finish their enrollment, the information is not saved. Q: When can my new Customer start shopping? A: As soon as the Customer completes their Customer Membership Agreement, the shopping account is ready to use. Q: When does the new Customer receive their Welcome ? A: Once the new Customer digitally signs the Customer Membership Agreement and clicks submit, Melaleuca begins the process of sending their Welcome . Because your new Customer hasn t received an from Melaleuca before you might tell them to be sure and look in all folders. For example, Gmail may put it in the promotions folder. Also, it s a good idea to add Melaleuca to their contacts and their white list so they always receive our communications. Q: Can I do online enrollments on my mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet? A: Yes! Online enrollments are now optimized for mobile devices. You can do your enrollments right on your smart phone, tablet, Mac or PC. Q: Is the online enrollment process faster? A: The time to complete an enrollment has shortened due to simplified forms and a new streamlined process. It is simpler than ever. Q: Can I track the progress of my online enrollments? A: Using the online enrollment tool and Follow Up Center you can see where your new Customers are in the enrollment process. You can also send them reminders to complete their Customer Membership Agreement. Q: When is the Independent Marketing Executive Agreement completed during the Online Enrollment Process? A: Once a new Customer has completed the Customer Membership Agreement and paid their membership fee, they will have the option of completing the Independent Marketing Executive Agreement.

3 Q: When does a new Customer determine if they are a category 1, 2, or 3? A: A new Customer makes a category selection when they choose to become a Marketing Executive and complete an Independent Marketing Executive Agreement. Q: When is the membership fee charged during the enrollment process? A: Once the Customer confirms all their information after filling out the forms, the membership fee is charged to the primary method of payment. Q: May a Customer who wants to re-enroll use the new online enrollment process? A: No, reenrollments are not available online, they should call our friendly associates at Pacesetter Qualifications Q: How do I qualify for the Pacesetter Program? A: During the month of May 2016, a Marketing Executive may qualify for the Pacesetter Program by either watching the Foundations video OR purchasing a Value Pack or Home Conversion Pack, and advancing within the Pacesetter timeframe. Note: Effective June, 1, To qualify for Pacesetter Bonuses, Marketing Executives must watch the entire Foundations video in the month of enrollment or the month following enrollment, and advance in Pacesetter timeframe Watch the Foundations Video in its entirety and advance within Pacesetter time frame. A: All Preferred Customers will continue to pay the annual renewal fee in their anniversary month. Q: Do Direct Customers pay a membership fee? A: No, Direct Customers do not pay a membership fee or enjoy any of the Preferred Customer membership benefits. Q: The latest Melaleuca: An Overview states that there is, a one-time membership fee of $19, when will this be corrected? A: The digital version of Melaleuca: An Overview will be corrected on Monday May 16 on Melaleuca.com and on May 17 on the Melaleuca APP. Changes to Membership Kits Q: Why the change to digital membership materials? A: As the Wellness Company, we are always looking at ways to operate smarter and more efficiently. The world has gone digital, most people prefer to use their smart phone, tablet, or computer to pulling out a folder full of papers. It s more convenient, and it s more environmentally friendly. Q: What if I have unassigned kits on hand? A: Membership Kits purchased between November 1, 2015 and May 12, 2016 can be refunded as long as they are returned to Melaleuca in resalable condition within 90 days. (August 12, 2016) Q: What can I give to my new Customers when I enroll them? A: Using the new online enrollment tool, your new Customer will receive a Welcome with a link to their digital membership materials, which can be found online at Melaleuca.com/myaccount. This contains all materials the new Customer will want to review. If you would like to opt for a physical takehome bundle, you have the option to order and give your new Customers the Business Builders Bundle, which includes all physical materials in a convenient folder. Q: How can I purchase the bundles? A: You may purchase them individually or in a 10-pack online or on the phone. Q: Are the individual components still available for purchase? A: Yes, you may purchase the booklets and forms separately. Melaleuca Home Conversion, Value, and Life Style Packs Q: What are the changes to the Melaleuca Packs? A: Effective May 1, The Home Conversion Pack is now valued at 150 product points, the Value Pack remains 100 product points, and now we have the new Lifestyle Pack which is worth 50 product points. How Simple! The product points associated with packs are now 150, 100, and 50! Q: Is the Lifestyle Pack, or any other pack, available to purchase beyond a new Customer s first two months? A: No, packs are only available for purchase in a Customer s first two months. Q: Can a new Customer purchase multiple packs in their first two months? A: Yes, a new Customer can purchase a maximum of two packs within their first two months. Q: Is the Ecosense Pack available for purchase at anytime or only in the first two months? A: Customers can purchase the Ecosense Pack anytime and there is no limit on the number they can purchase. Q: Have the products in the Ecosense Pack changed? A: Yes, the Ecosense Pack has been updated to the 12x concentrated products and the Triple Enzyme MelaPower. Changes to Home Conversion Commission Q: What are the changes to Melaleuca s Home Conversion Commission? A: Effective May 1, 2016, the Product Introduction Commission replaces the Home Conversion.

Marketing Executives earn a 50% commission on the first 150 Product Points purchased by their new personal Enrollee in their first month of enrollment (excluding Select Packs and Back-up Orders). Note: For May 2016, the $100 commission for the purchase of a Home Conversion Pack will be paid. Additionally, for the month of May, A Marketing Executive will receive the greater of 50% of the Product Points purchased in a new Customer s first month OR $25. Note: Organization Commissions and Personal Customer Commissions are not paid on purchases made in a customer s first month of enrollment. Personal Production Account Q: What is a Personal Production Account? A: To qualify for commissions, a Marketing Executive is required to personally produce revenue of at least 29 Product Points per month. That simply means you must designate an account as your Personal Production Account You can allow anyone to use this account to purchase their Melaleuca products. Many Marketing Executives use this account to purchase products for their own household. For you to qualify for commissions during any given month, the Customers using your Personal Production Account must purchase a total of at least 29 Product Points during that month. Your Personal Production Account can be a Preferred Customer, so those using this account may purchase products at Preferred Customer prices. Once a Marketing Executive advances to the Status of Senior Director or above, the personal production requirement increases to 70 Product Points. Persons purchasing products on your Personal Production Account must be purchasing products for their own personal consumption. In other words, they cannot be purchasing product simply to help you receive a commission. Q: On the Independent Marketing Executive Agreement, who should I list on the Personal Production Account section, and do they have to also be a Preferred Customer? A: Most Marketing Executives will choose to also be a Preferred Customer. If, Bill, a new Marketing Executive is also a Preferred Customer he should list himself in the Personal Product Account Section of the Independent Marketing Executive Agreement. The 35 product points that Bill purchases as part of his Preferred Customer account will fulfill the 29 point production requirement that Bill has as a Marketing Executive. To be a Marketing Executive, you are not required to purchase product. If you wish to be a Marketing Executive ONLY, which means you can earn referral commissions and bonuses, but do not wish to purchase any Melaleuca products, you must list the name of at least one person in your Personal Production Account who will purchase at least 29 product points. The person you list on your Personal Production Account cannot be another Marketing Executive and they must be one of your own personally enrolled customers, or a person who is not currently a customer.
