Rules fr Mystery Visits (Please take time t read this nw s yu knw exactly what we need frm yu and what yu can expect frm us) Applicants must be ver 18 years f age. Cmpleting an nline registratin frm des nt guarantee a 'mystery visit' will be allcated t the applicant. Visits are allcated based n prximity t the lcatin, the prfile yu give us abut yurself (why yu visit the pub and yur pub likes) and hw well yu have cmpleted previus mystery visits. The visits are nly set when a pub needs a visit therefre visit numbers are limited. The applicatin frm must be fully cmpleted t qualify fr a 'mystery visit'. Mystery Custmers must fulfill the full requirements f the visit t gain their reward. We recmmend that yu phne the pub ahead f yur visit t ensure that the pub is pen and serving fd at yur intended visit time. Incmplete r unfulfilled visits will nt be rewarded. Yu will need t lk at the pub details n line befre yur visit and yu must visit within the advertised pening hurs. If yu wish t dine yu must bk a table in advance as we cannt pay fr visits where yu are unable t dine due t the pub being fully bked r nt serving fd that day. All area s must be assessed s all visits must include a visit t the tilet and the utdr /smking areas. Reprts submitted withut cmments r with sparse cmments can be rejected as nt meeting the required standard fr payment. Yu will be given the pprtunity t add mre cmments t yur reprt and resubmit it. We may als cntact yu via phne t ask yu fr mre infrmatin.

2 Payment is usually per assignment but yu will be ntified f the allwance each visit has as yu are assigned it, and again as yu accept the visit. Visits where a drink is purchased are paid at the lwer 10. Fd and drink visits are paid at 20. We are always interested in a fd experience, therefre EVEN if a visit is set as a drink visit but yu have the pprtunity t eat and feedback n the fd yu will be reimbursed the higher 20 fee. Payment is made within tw weeks f yur reprt being submitted. Fr payments yu can chse between a bank transfer r PayPal. Mystery Visits are allcated as: Drink purchase essential Fd purchase preferred. Drink purchase essential (fr these assignments we wuld like t hear abut the fd ffer and service BUT the pub may nly serve fd at certain times r may vary it s ffer seasnally therefre we cannt guarantee fd will be available) If yu wish t eat yu must bk in advance. Yu will be reimbursed at the drink rate r the fd rate depending n the purchases yu make. Fd and drink purchase essential. Yu must bk a table in advance. Essential purchase We will ntify yu f what this may be e.g. It culd be t buy a specific brand f drink. Please nly accept visits where yu are willing t make the relevant purchase. Yu will always knw these details befre accepting a visit. Fr a fd and drink purchase essential visit yu must purchase at least ne main curse frm the menu. An rder f a dessert, side, crisps, nuts etc. will nt qualify. The pub assigned t the agent is nt negtiable. Hwever, mystery custmers can select mystery visits frm a list f pen visits. All Mystery Eyes Visitrs MUST remain annymus and nt identify themselves as a mystery visitr at the time f their visit r at any ther time. The questinnaire must be cmpleted within 3 days f the visit. After this time we will be unable t accept the reprt. Results f mystery visits must nt be shared n any scial media. N alternative methd f payment is available.
