Transprtatin is ne part f the spectrum f services that are available t peple, s it is imprtant t understand where it belngs with in the spectrum and als facilitate interpersnal cnnectins with mbility managers, riders, and drivers Vuchers are a great ptin and serve a need, but it is difficult t keep up with demand Recent retirees are able t use the incme frm being a vlunteer driver as supplemental incme All the service-related steps thrughut the transprtatin prcess have the ptential t develp a ne-n-ne cnnectin between the client and prfessinal, examples include mbility managers helping clients navigate transprtatin ptins and trusted drivers, can help build trust with the service Due t trust building, clients tend t stay within the same prgram/use the same driver fr many years Marketing by wrd-f-muth tends t be the best strategy because the infrmatin is shared between friends and family, this methd als prtects a limited service frm ver expsure t a wider audience that it might nt be able t serve frm a financial perspective What des nt wrk well t supprt general mbility services?
