3 Brand Partner Commission Payouts Start earning up to 50% commissions! EARN UP TO 30% on all orders from your customers and personally enrolled Brand Partners. As you build your business, you earn the same percentage of commissions whether you have a customer or a personally enrolled Brand Partner. Commissions are based on total monthly Commissionable Volume (CV), according to a three-step tier: $0 $250 = 20% $250 $750 = 25% $750 + = 30% EARN EVEN MORE by building a team with our Override Bonus! This bonus is based on the number of personally enrolled/active Brand Partners. A 10% Override Bonus will be paid to a Brand Partner with up to 3 personally enrolled/active Brand Partners. A 20% Override Bonus will be paid to a Brand Partner with 4 or more personally enrolled/active Brand Partners. This Override Bonus will be calculated on all sales from your personally enrolled/active Brand Partners customer purchases. 7 Glossary ACTIVE Active (Commission Qualified) means you process an auto-ship purchase of $65 or more, between the 1st and the 14th of the current month. This makes you eligible for monthly commissions and all bonus payouts. AUTO-SHIP A convenient product ordering program for both customers and Brand Partners that allows you to have your personal products shipped to you automatically. Auto-ship orders must be processed between the 1st and 14th of the month to qualify for Brand Partner ACTIVE status. BRAND PARTNER A Brand Partner is someone who has completed the online signup process and purchases an Enrollment Kit. COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CV) Commissions are paid on the final cost of the order, not including tax/shipping. (See page 2 for CV payout details.) CUSTOMER Anyone who enrolls as a customer on the TréSkin website through a Brand Partner and places online orders. DEACTIVATION POLICY In order to maintain your Brand Partner status, a Brand Partner must be active at least one month in a rolling four-month period. If the Brand Partner does not achieve this, their Brand Partner account will be converted to a customer status and they will also lose their Brand Partner ability to earn commissions and bonuses. ENROLLER This is the person that enrolled the Brand Partner into the TréSkin business. RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS Earning commission for repeat orders.
