TTHM Series The TTHM series slurry pumps have replaceable high chrome white iron liners and impeller. The cylindrical bearing assembly allows spacing between the impeller and cover plate, and can be removed for maintenance. The shaft seal can be the packing seal, centrifugal seal as well as the mechanical seal. The discharge can be positioned at intervals of 45-degrees and oriented to any of the eight preconfigured positions to suit the installation and application. Drive types include: V belt, gear reducer, fluid coupling, and frequency conversion drive devices. Torontech s TTHM has a wide performance, good NPSH rating with high efficiency, and can be operated in series to provide delivery for longer distances. 2 TTGM Series The TTGM series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. The frame plate liner and impeller for TTGM pump are made of wear-resistant metal. The shaft seals for the TTGM series uses gland seal and expeller seal. The discharge can be oriented to any of the eight positions, by request, to suit installation and application. They are designed for handling highly abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power generation, construction material and other industries. 3 TTMM Series The TTMM series pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, slurry pumps. TTMM series pumps are designed for high speed operation and as a result has a small volume. The discharge angle may be rotated to 8 different angles and 45 degrees internally for installation and application. They are suitable for delivering medium abrasive, medium-density slurries for metallurgical, mining, coal and build material departments. The shaft seal adapts gland seal and centrifugal seal. 4 TTLM(R) Series The TTLM(R) series pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, slurry pumps. TTLM(R) series pumps are designed for high speed operation and as a result uses a small volume. The TTLM(R) series pumps have interchangeable, wear-resistant, metal (or rubber liners) and impellers. The wear parts are made of high-chrome white iron or natural rubber. This pump is suitable for big capacity with low head. The medium recommended for the TTLM(R) series are used for low abrasion and low concentration. The discharge position may be rotated 8 different angles and 45 degrees internally for installation and application. The TTLM(R) series pumps are suitable for delivering low abrasive, low-density slurries for metallurgical, mining, coal and build material departments. 5 TTS(G) Series TTS (G) series gravel pumps are horizontal and single-casing centrifugal pumps. TTS (G) series pumps are of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide liquid passage. The inner lining of the TTS(G) series pumps are made of high chrome wear-resistant white iron alloys. The discharge direction of the pump can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees. The TTS(G) series type of pump has the advantages of easy installation, good NPSH performance and wearresistance. TTS(G) series gravel pumps are designed for handling the most difficult abrasive slurries compared to common slurry pumps.
