1 Facestock A gloss white polyester film with print treated surface for enhanced ink adhesion. Basis weight: 71 g/m² ISO 536 Caliper: 0,050 mm ISO 534 Adhesive S8001 is a permanent acrylic adhesive with good initial tack and high ultimate adhesion onto a variety of substrates including apolar plastics and lacquers. It also offers good resistance to solvents and cleaners. Type: Emulsion acrylate Coat weight: 27 g/sqm Initial Tack: 480 N/m FTM 9 glass Peel Adhesion: 420 N/m FTM 2 steel 24 hrs. Total construction caliper 0,135 mm Applications and use Transfer PET white PT / S8001 is specifically developed for labelling electronic, home appliance and other electrical items due to its good bonding performance and low ooze on a wide range of polar and apolar surfaces including metals, polycarbonate, ABS and polypropylene. Thanks to the special coating, printed labels for information, tracking and compliance can be created by thermal transfer and conventional print. For special requirements we strongly recommend application tests. Printing and conversion In addition to thermal transfer printing (for further information please see appendix) the product can also be printed by all conventional roll label techniques, such as flexo, UV letterpress, silkscreen. Specific testing is required. For easy diecutting sharp corners should be avoided. UL approval This product is UL recognized for indoor and outdoor use, the file number is MH For specific information on approved conditions, see appendix 2. RoHS / Regulation 2002/95/EU The substances listed in article 4 lid 1 of 2002/95/EU (RoHS) are not intentionally used in this product. The concentration limits of these substances will not exceed the set maximum concentration limits as provided in the proposed amendment for 2002/95/EU.
