Each Synergy H1, Cytation and Synergy Neo2 filter cube can contain up to two EX and EM filter pairs and can fit two half-size mirrors or one full-size mirror. The mirror holder on the Synergy 2 can fit up to two half-size mirrors and one full size mirror (full-size mirrors are required for fluorescence polarization measurements).
