Features of parts:as this kind of steel hasn t been annealed,the hardness is pretty high and difficult to proceed mechanic processing. Only the deformation less than 90 degree is practical (vertical to coiling direction). Features of products: (1)More durable and longer shelf life than that of zinc galvanized steel plate; (2)Highly heat resistant,seldom aberration in high temperature.; (3) Excellent heat reflect; (4)Shiny silver surface ; (5)Similar processing properties and coating properties as that of zinc galvanized steel plate; (6) Excellent welding property Application : zinc galvanized steel plate 6 Electricity plated tin: 7 Color coated steel : 8 Mechanic steel COLOR COATED STEEL COILS & PLATE In the continuous processing machine, cold rolled steel sheet and zinc galvanized steel sheet served as basal plate, one layer or several layers of liquid paint are painted onto the basal plate after surface pretreatment. Steel sheet is changed into coated steel sheet after baking and cooling. As the layer bears different colors, thus coated steel sheet is also known as color coated steel sheet. Besides, because painting is preceded prior to the formation processing, coated steel sheet is also called as pre-coated steel sheet..in this processing,traditionally adopted spraying is replaced by continuous painting, which is conducive to surface treatment,quality control of coating layer and avoid defects in edges. (1) Application of color coated steel sheet >> Application of color coated steel sheet: Outdoor: roof, roof structure, surface sheet of balcony, frame of window, door, door of garage, roller shutter door, booth, Persian blinds, cabana, refrigerated wagon and so on. Indoor: door, isolater, frame of door, light steel structure of house, sliding door, folding screen, ceiling, internal decoration of toilet and elevator.

(2) Notes for processing of color coated steel sheet Notes for cutting: a. Minimize the area of flash of cutting edge,otherwise color coated steel sheet would be scratched in stock. b. Remove the flash and powder generated from cutting as soon as possible,or they will harm the surface of steel sheet and form the source of scratch and roasting. c. When cutting the color coated steel sheet, plastic roller should be adopted. Adding a rubber cushion to the surface of steel sheet could be a better choice for avoiding damage to surface. Notes for curving: a. Remove the remainder and roast attached to the parts in stamping processing as they may cause scratch,dent and reduce the durability. b. As the outer edge of curved part could be elongated after processing, slight wrinkle may be generated, but not a problem yet. Maximizing the curving rate of processing part could eliminate this defect. c. Thickness of coating layer should be taken into account when setting the clearance between punch and die. d. As the coating appliqué may become fragile when temperature is too low, thus wrinkle, sink and slipping may arise during the processing in low temperature. Deformation processing should be avoided when the temperature of steel sheet is lower than 21.Should temperature of environment becomes too low, warming the steel sheet could be a better choice. e. In order to keep the formation roller and surface of steel sheet from damaging and scratch, formation roller (such as quenched steel and mold die) made of hard material should be adopted. Chrome should be galvanized to the surface of roller. f. It is advisable to add protective appliqué onto the surface of color coated steel sheet. When the construction finished, protective appliqué could be removed. (3) Requirement for transporting the color coated steel sheet a. Keep the color coated steel sheet far from water and sunshine.it is advisable to store them indoors. b. Should the color coated steel sheet be rained or dewing, please dry them as soon as possible so as to remove humidity. c. Keep the inventory as the same as it shipped from factory, do not stock as piles so as to protect the coating layer. d. It is strongly recommended to consume the steel sheet that comes into the inventory earlier. Otherwise, pollution, scratch and color aberration may arise as steel sheet produced at different date mixed together. highly harmful.
