5 3. Product PORTFOLIO POINTING Machines Hydraulic machine for feeding bars and profiles in rows for cold drawing. Swivelling die holder by means of hinge to attach to cold drawing benches. Possibility of programming several pointing cycles in the same profile or bar. It can be supplied with guides or feeding tables. The percentage of the reduction diameter is proportional to the diameter and resistance of the material.

7 3. Product PORTFOLIO STRAIGHTENING Machines for Tubes Our six-roller straightening machines model GPM are being used for accurate straightening of precision tubes of steel or non-ferrous material. The great advantage of this machine is the end-to-end straightening. The frame is made from two pieces held together by strong tierods, shruk in hot. Rollers are adjustable to the desired angular position, their hyperbolic shape ensures a long contact line withthetube. All straightening rollers are driven. The three top and the bottom center rollers are adjustable in their height position. The machines can be offered with one or three different speeds, or if requested with steeples variable speed. Entrance and exit guiding channel, can be supplied for manual or automatic operation.

The great advantage of this machine is the end-to-end straightening. The frame is made from two pieces held together by strong tierods, shruk in hot. Independent motor reducers to ease the maintenance operations. Programming up to 200 programmes in storage and automatic regulation of all the rolls at the same time. They can be supplied with feeding and unloading tables. Machines for straightening profiles of irregular shapes such as T bars, etc. Fitted with gear trains, electronic frequency variator. 12 COLD PILGER MILL FOR TUBE PLANTS Cold Pilger mills are used for the reduction of tubular products of all ferrous and nonferrous metals. Beside the classic applications for bearing tubes, stainless steel tubes and copper tubes, tubes of nickel-based alloys, highstrength special metals, titanium and zirconium alloys are also produced. High reductions, simultaneously of the diameter and the wall thickness, are performed at a superior quality level. Principle of the cold Pilger process Two cold Pilger mills. The cold pilgering process relies on four main actions: The tube moves forward and it rotates while the ring dies move back and forth and rotate. Shop assembly of the feed gearbox. THE REDUCTION RATIOS REACH MORE THAN 90% IN THE CASE OF COPPER AND SOME OF ITS ALLOYS, AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEELS AND SOME NICKEL ALLOYS, AND EVEN THE BRITTLE BEARING STEELS ARE REDUCED BY AROUND 70%. THE VARIOUS MILL TYPES COVER THE DIAMETER RANGE FROM 4 TO 280 MM AND DIAMETER-TO-WALL RATIOS OF BETWEEN 40:1 TO 3:1. INGOING TUBE LENGTHS OF UP TO 25 M ARE POSSIBLE.
