4 MARINE APPLICATIONS Marine Propeller Coating PRO-PEL is a two-part silicon-ceramic epoxy-silane coating that is designed to bond on a molecular level to the propellers and running gear in order to prohibit marine growth of and algae. Running gear coated with PRO-PEL show a decrease in the dynamic coefficient of drag through the water by as much as 35%. Propellers coated with PRO-PEL exhibit an extreme resistance to oxidation, ultra-violet degradation, microbial intrusion, and chemical attack. Suggested Uses: Marine Propellers, Running Gear. Blade cleaned to remove existing barnacles and algae. Then treated with surface preparatory Agent. 5 ALL-ALLOY Metal Coating ALL-ALLOY is a two-part hybrid silicon-ceramic coating designed to bond on the molecular level with metal substrates. The resulting surface of the ALL-ALLOY coated substrate exhibits extreme protection against oxidation, microbial intrusion, chemical corrosion, and ultra- violet degradation. Furthermore, it demonstrates an increased flow rate of both liquid and gaseous substances across its surface versus a non-coated metal surface. Suggested Uses: Mild steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, stainless steel, tuna- towers, aluminum, galvanized.

6 HULL-GLASS MGI by GLASS- ON SOLUTIONS L.L.C. provides an eco- friendly and a more economical alternative to outdated and environmentally toxic anti- fouling paints. HULL-GLASS MGI is a clear two- part pre- ceramic oxylane polymer (Marine Growth Inhibitor) coating. It is designed to bond on the molecular level to bare- metal, hypalon, PVC, Neoprene, painted, or gel- coated hulls of marine vessels and other marine structures in order to prohibit the attachment and growth of barnacles and algae. An average 100- foot yacht usually requires 20 or more gallons of ablative or hard- coat bottom paint and primer, but it would only require 2 gallons of HULL-GLASS MGI resulting in material cost savings up to 40% as well as only adding 27 lbs of weight to the hull instead of 350lbs. Traditional porous ablative paints greatly increase the drag coefficient up to 35% along the entire hull s surface robbing the vessel of speed and fuel efficiency. Conversely, vessels coated with HULL-GLASS MGI show a decrease in hydrodynamic friction that, in turn gives rise to an increase of flow against the hull surface through the water by as much as 35%, resulting in substantial fuel savings and a significant increase in top speed. HULL-GLASS MGI s unique nanotechnology combined with our exclusive Continuous Single Step application process allows a 100 hull to be completely coated from start to finish in less then 6 hours. Traditional bottom paint applications require two coats of primer and then two more topcoats of environmentally toxic heavy metal infused bottom paints. This four- coat application could take as long as four days to apply which results in many more paid man- hours of labor as well as additional expense for added days in dry dock storage. 7 GELCOAT Glassifier is an entirely new and unique product engineered to restore and protect GELCOAT beyond its original high gloss finish. GELCOAT GLASSIFIER is a clear two- part hybrid silicon- ceramic coating that infuses gelcoat with nano- particle ceramic- glass. While waxes, paints and polyurethane coatings (membranes) just physically attach to the surface, our nano- particle "Glassifier" covalently bonds to the gelcoat surface and 1000 microns below the surface. This creates a mirror finish gelcoat that is self- cleaning, mold resistant, non- fading, non- skid, hydrophobic and never needs waxing. Depending on application technique: Spray Low pressure hand held pump sprayer. Wipe - application with pad. Average abrasion and normal environmental factors, our product will protect and fortify gelcoat for many years.
