2 HIGHLAND HIGHLAND DRY-FALL DRY-FALL to durability Without sacrifice or aesthetics, to durability you can or safely aesthetics, use spray you application can safely use in areas spray where application there is in a areas high where there is a high risk for paint overspray damage. Highland Spray Safe high performance Dry-Fall coatings are powder dry within feet from point of application and overspray wipes off surfaces easily without buffing or chemicals. Highland Dry-Fall Coatings are available in: 2-K Epoxy 2-K Urethane Acrylic HiTemp Dry-Fall HIGHLAND PROJECT PROFILES: Sweet Naptha Storage Tank - Wynnewood, OK 475R Series Dry-Fall 2-K Epoxy Primer 68R Series Dry-Fall 2-K Aliphatic Urethane Topcoat 74 Series 2-K Epoxy Lining Tank is located in the midst of a refinery Maximum corrosion protection required Brush and roll application of a solvent-borne coating would almost double the application cost. Even while exposed to harsh climatic and chemical environments, this Dry-Fall system will provide the protection and aesthetics needed. Dock Side Crane at TSI Terminal - Vancouver, BC 485 Series Dry-Fall 2-K Epoxy DTM (Direct-to-Metal) The crane is 230 feet tall Surrounding cranes would continue to work during the painting process Busy work area of trucks, trailers and ships below The environment demanded a coating with excellent corrosion protection With the use of Highland 485 Series Dry-Fall Epoxy DTM they eliminated overspray damages, shortened the length of facility down time, reduced labor cost and gave the crane all the corrosion protection required. Parachute Jump Towers - Fort Benning Army Post, GA 475 Series Dry-Fall 2-K Epoxy Primer 68 Series Dry-Fall 2-K Aliphatic Urethane Topcoat Jump Towers are 283 feet tall Several thousand cars & military buses parked below Major intersection close by The previous time the towers were painted it took nine long months. This time, the project was completed in less than 4 months with no overspray damages or incidents. The Army Corp of Engineers is extremely pleased with the quality of the coating plus the enormous savings in time and labor cost.

4 NGS AND SPECIFICATIONS HIGHLAND DRY-FALL COATINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS HITEMP DRY-FALL DTM (DIRECT TO METAL) continued 827-HB 899-DF Multipolymeric Matrix DRY-FALL TOP 65R Acrylic R Aliphatic Urethane HITEMP DRY-FALL TOP DF 899-DF Acrylic HiTemp 827-HB is an unparalleled 1200 F/649 C single package DTM that is ideal for CUI or where extreme thermal shock resistance is necessary. It is a high-build and surface-tolerant coating. 827-HB Series provides the best characteristics of a premium High Temperature Coating in a Dry-Fall Spray-Safe formula that eliminates overspray concerns. HiTemp 899 Series is a single package Dry-Fall Coating that may be applied up to 8 mils DFT in one coat, offering higher build protection compared to other high temperature coatings. 899 Series provides superior thermal shock and corrosion resistance in a wide range of stock and custom colors for service areas that operate between 350 F/176 C and 1000 F/538 C. In addition, 899 may be hot applied or put back into service with no heat cure schedule. 65R Series is an extremely fast drying acrylic topcoat with outstanding gloss and weathering properties at an economical price. It will not retain gloss and color purity as long as 68 Series Urethane, but it is very durable and will provide years of protection. 720 Series is a single package topcoat with excellent color purity and gloss retention. For a high gloss finish at a more economical cost than urethane, this is a good choice. 68R Series provides a deep automotive Wet Look, color purity, flexibility, UV and corrosion protection even when exposed to a variety of harsh climatic and chemical environments. 68R should be used on areas where the highest durability and outstanding aesthetics are required. HiTemp 840 Series, a single package coating originally designed for HMA plants, meets a multitude of high heat demands. Due to the high silicone content and heat and light stable pigmentation, 840 maintains exceptional gloss and color purity in heat and rugged coastal and winter environments. 840 Series will remain intact in constant temperatures of 350 F/176 C and in intermittent excursions to 400 F/204 C. It will begin to lose gloss at 300 F/149 C and color purity at 350 F/176 C.
