Our metallurgical staff perform in-house spectro analysis of melts, ensuring your castings are produced to your material specifications. Multi-bar fed, twin spindle, 3 axis CNC lathes and machining centres operate over 2 shifts per day to process the varied items we produce for many industries. Castings from our foundry or components from bar stock are precision machined in our state of the art machine shop where we continuously upgrade our equipment & ensure we employ the best personnel. We can offer you a complete service from a raw casting to a fully machined component. Need assistance with R&D? Our technical staff can give advice on material selection to meet your desired application, and we can arrange all kinds of nondestructive testing.
