4 OFFER Since many years the use of alternative fuel in cement industry has been significantly growing. This trend has caused huge development of new qualities of refractory bricks and castables, resistant against abrasion, chemical attack, alkalis, etc. PCO Żarów S.A. has been working out several new solutions, dedicated for particular devices of cement kiln installation (cyclones, calciners, rising ducts, rotary kilns, tertiary air ducts, kiln hoods and coolers). 5 OFFER PCO Żarów S.A. is continuously extending the offer for lime industry. We have worked out new qualities of gunning mixes, which can be applied on basic and alumina-silicate lining. Besides that, we possess in our scope high alumina castables for pillars of Maerz kilns. We can offer complete range of shapes for Maerz and single shaft kilns. Answering to the market demand, our company has developed complete range of refractories supplemented by designing, engineering, supervision as well as installation services. In 2012 we set up the subsidiary - PCO Serwis which provides the following range of services: assessment of refractory lining wear, relining works of complete installation of rotary kilns, cyclones, coolers etc. supervision during construction works, performing of professional of heating up.
