We are proud to offer a variety of industrial services at our 90,000 square foot facility in Mt. Braddock, Pennsylvania. 5 WATERJET CUTTING Our waterjet machine has dual cutting heads, is capable of nesting parts and can cut almost any material. Engineering and CAD support is available upon request. 8 ABRASIVE BELT GRINDING The abrasive belt grinders have three 12 and two 4 wide automated grinders. Surface finish capabilities and gage reduction can be customized based on project specifications. Maximum length 480 Maximum width 180 Maximum thickness 15

10 HEAT TREATMENT Our furnace features programmable ramp and soak control and the temperature is controlled by contact thermocouples.
