3 Achievements - briefly Numerous patents & innovations Start-up of pyro-processing plant that commissioning team failed to do after 8 months of effort Developed an innovative light-weight aggregate production process & built commercial plant promoted to plant superintendent Developed world s largest HGMS (strongest continuously processing wet high-intensity magnetic separator) on time & on budget Developed first R-E separators & 80+ new mineral processing applications dominated new market Implemented several new ore sorting applications achieved profitability for the first time in ore sorting equipment sales history.

7 Iron Ore Experience Sweden: Idkerberget, LKAB (Kiruna, Malmberget, Koskullskulle), Blötberget. LKAB Hematite processing seminar. Northland s Kaunisvaara ores (Tapuli, Sahavaara, Pellivuoma). Developed unique process for Sahavaara & Pellivuoma, which made the project viable. 9 Dry Processing Experience Approximately 80+ industrial minerals applications using dry highintensity magnetic separation (R-E roll and drum separators). One application designed for 1,000 tph. Hematite iron ore pilot plant at Malmberget, Sweden. Natural moisture was slightly too high (1.8%) to effectively process < 3 mm size fraction with large amount of extreme fines. Siderite iron ore in Slovakia with natural moisture. Three size fractions: 0-4 mm, 4-10 mm, mm. Occasionally 0-4 mm had too high moisture (> 2%). Magnetite/hematite/siderite/goethite raw ores in China. Three size fractions, top size 65 mm. Natural moisture no problem. Magnetite iron ore in Sweden. Pilot plant processing <11 mm size fraction at moisture up to 3.6%. Concentrate ground very fine for wet processing to achieve 70% Fe grade. Consulted in other projects involving iron ore sand.
