Specialist in centrifugal casting, forging & metalworking

Company Baikor Worldwide was set up in 2004 by a team with broad and longstanding experience in the foundry industry. Since then our main drive has focused on the search for alternative processes for the production of components in different alloys. The favourable market response has led to continuous growth and development culminating in the opening of a new factory comprising m2 in This brand new plant reinforces our commitment to the future initiated with the setting up of Baikor Worldwide. 2

Innovation and Product Development Our customers confide in us for our knowledge of their and our products, for our diverse production processes and for our specific solutions to their technical and market requirements. We innovate constantly. The utilization of original and groundbreaking concepts and their adaptation to traditional centrifugal casting techniques is a keynote in Baikor's continuous aspiration to satisfy customer specifications by going one step beyond current knowledge and applying home-grown know-how as part of an unceasing innovative endeavour. The emphasis on innovation led to the recent award of the prestigious SME Innovation label by the Spanish Government, which recognizes small and medium-sized companies that have stood out in the areas of R & D and innovation in recent years. 3

Baikor service. Solution provider. Fitting your needs. Our core idea is to adapt and customize the metal transformation process depending on the function of the component to be manufactured. Different production processes are analyzed and the most suitable one is chosen. In this way we have been able to come up with effective, original and innovative solutions for component manufacturing in traditional ways. Centrifugal casting Forging high-alloy steels high-alloys up to kgs We cast many grades of stainless and Closed die forging Closed die forging in different steels Many grades of steels and Sand castings Sand castings in carbon steel, stainless steel and high alloys. 4

Industrial sectors Valves Broad experience in the supply of different components to the valve industry. Always open to fine-tune our customer's requirements, we have machining installations where we can rough-machine or finish-machine balls, seats, bodies, body-ends and other parts. We work with all grades of steel: carbon, martensitic, austenitic, duplex, superduplex and Nickel-base alloys. Pumps We produce all types of centrifugally-cast and forged rings and can also supply pump bodies and housings. Food and agriculture Part of our production is for components used in decanters, centrifuges and food-processing equipment. Pulp and paper Our product range also includes rollers and other parts for machinery used in paper production. Refractory tubes The production of refractory steels makes the supply of components for different kinds of furnaces possible. Off-Shore Our products can be used in various Off-Shore applications due to the manufacture of corrosion-resistant steels. Shipbuilding Bearings and seats for the shipbuilding industry. 5
