Introduction of ID-CSS-NS Conductive Silicone Specification Conductive Silicone Adhesive developed y DooSung is a silicone product which contains excellently conductive Nickel Coated Graphite powder. Due to its original properties of silicone as well as metal powder, this product features excellent electrical conductivity and strong adhesiveness to most sustrates. This product have excellent adhesion for metal deposition or metal plating This product is friendly-environmental ; Because of Low- VOC type ( ad- smelling is much reduced ) 2. Functions Conductive Silicone Adhesive is used to seal cracks and to attach EMI Gasket on any required tool. There is no need to mix and it takes from 8hr to 36hrs to cure completely depending upon surroundings. Stronger adhesiveness is otainale y applying a primer to the sustrate efore use. Just let the primer air dry for one hour at the room temperature. 3. The thixotropic property of paste results in volume contraction when it is completely cured. Therefore, considering finally contracted height and width of the gasket after complete curing, dimension of the gasket must e determined efore dispensing gets started. Use If onding is concerned, surfaces must e clean and there must e no evidence of oil or chemicals. Use isopropyl alcohol and then wipe with acetone. Conductive Silicone Adhesive will ond to most sustrates. However, primer is a availale to get more adhesive strength. Caulkers which are not completely used, must e sealed avoid curing of the remaining. 6. Storage Storing at lower temperature (+1 ~ +10 ) will extend shelf life (4 weeks). Dispensing container should e tightly closed and vertically kept in cool and dry area. Also, Before use, keep nozzle of syringe downward for 30min ~ 2hr under normal temperature. (contd. Handle Cautions (contd. of page 3) Due to its reaction with the moisture and oxygenic atmosphere, a high attention elow should e paid to handling this product ; 1 Curing time will e dependent on humidity and temperature. 2 Prolonged storage at room temperature should e avoided. 3 Prolonged exposure to high temperature (aove 30 ) should e prohiited. 4 The adhesion strength will e changed depending on the material of sustrate and/ or coating. 5 Validity is 4 weeks after manufacturing data at storage temperature(+1 ~ +10 ). Any violation of the aove cautions may cause deterioration of this product. 8. Packaging and Delivery Conductive Silicone is supplied in a container of syringe(typically 55ml) which is air- tight sealed with ruer piston, top cap and end cap. It is availale for 90~120 g in a syringe. Customer's order can e fulfilled in two or three days and stock sales is also availale. Each syringe is completely vacuum-wrapped with poly vinyl. Thus, material cannot e exposed to atmosphere.
