1 Recycling Passport Device: X-dock Modul PAC Issued: Producer information Name: Address: Web page: Dräger Safety AG & Co. KGaA Revalstr. 1 D-2560 Lübeck Germany 2. Product identification Product name: Model number: WEEE device category: Product description: X-dock Module PAC Monitoring and control instruments Module / Teststation for Portable Gas Detection Device esp. PAC Total weight [kg]: Modul PAC ~1000 g Dimensions H x W x D [cm] : 12,2 x 14,5 x 25,0 RoHS conformity: Yes WARNING: This device may be contagioned because of its former use. The last device owner has to sanitize the device before transferring it to the waste management enterprise. He has to certify the desinfection in written to the waste management enterprise. In case of indication of contagioned devices/components, special safety measures are required and a specialist has to be involved immediately. Existing hoses and anesthesia bags have to be removed before recycling process.. Directions for disassembling 1 / 6

5 Disassembly instruction remove seal cartridge: push levers together, pull the seal forward, remove the hose remove shell: unloose the screw, lift the shell (lower end first) and pull the shell out of the station remove cable remove rubber remove modul housing: unloose 2x socket screws underneath the front side of t he modul you have now access to all components remove pcb: unloose 4x socket screws, remove the cable of the valve timing (1), remove hose steering (2) / 6

6 remove pump set: unloose 4x screws, remove hoses remove check valve remove flap: push levers aside (1), push bolt threw the slot (2), push steering together and pull the flap out of the frame () 1 2 Legal disclaimer: Every effort has been made to provide accurate information at the date of publication of this document.
