Characteristics of plastic materials Characteristic of plastic materials Synthetic polymers are composed of synthetic or modified natural polymers and modifying agents. Among them there are: thermal stabilizers, fibrous or powder fillers, antistatic agents, foaming agents, dyes and UV radiation stabilizers. Plastics firmly rooted in various industries, have become an indispensable part of the construction. They help meet the growing demands of economics, ecology and safety technology. Thanks to its properties such as high abrasion resistance, good sliding properties, long service life and minimum maintenance intensity, high operating temperatures, high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, noiseless, as well as dimensional stability, plastics are indispensable material for designers and builders of machines. They meet the conditions to economically and effectively replace traditional materials (metal, glass, wood). Parts made of plastics are more attractive in terms of price compared to materials made of wood, glass or metal, thanks to its lightness and elimination of lubricants. Plastics are easier to handle, resistant to corrosion and a myriad of chemicals. Described materials are ideal for machinery industry, foods devices, machinery construction, paper, aerospace, mining, automotive, medical, electronics industry, and in production of tools. Plastics have also some rare advantages like low specific weight, chemical resistance, and good sliding properties (especially dry). To obtain additional specific properties can be made an admixture with the following reinforcing materials: graphite and aramid fibers which enhance the sliding properties and abrasion resistance, fibers and glass marbles, admixture of metal fibers and glass Plastics have an additional advantage that gives the following possibilities: injection, compression on automatic presses and extrusion processing. Thanks to these activities, the designers have possibility to design and use of these materials in innovative technical areas.

Angle and arc guides / screw conveyors and supply tables Angle and arc guides PRO-NATURA performs angles (curves) to all kinds of plate chains and modular belts. Curves can be of any angle and different radii. We can produce curves and arc guides according to the technical documentation for a particular type of chain and pattern or measurements made by the client. Plastics used to curves and arc guides have low abrasive, such as polyethylene, polyamides also with self-lubricating additives. Screw conveyors and supply tables Our company also produces screw conveyors for positioning and transport of such items as jars, cans, bottles, etc. We offer the following types of screw conveyors: positioning supplying grouping conducting with constant pitch, variable pitch and variable diameter of core. Our screw conveyors are made of low abrasive materials, that guarantee low friction and low noise. We create them on the basis of a completed technical report, models and measurements made at the customer location. We also produce equipment for filling lines: star - feeding, centerlines and out feeding guides pitch circles filing tables The above-mentioned elements are made on the basis of existing models, technical documentation and shapes of bottles. As well as screw conveyors, also our tools are made of low abrasive materials such as polyethylene PE1OOO, POM-C, PA6G. Other elements such as mounting and fittings element are made of stainless steel.

Positioners for cans and jars / Plastic components Positioners for cans and jars The range of products offered by PRO- NATURA includes positioners for cans and jars. Positioners can be made of plastic and stainless steel rods, so it can eliminate complicated mechanical devices. Plastics used in the positioners production include PE1OOO, PET, POM, PA6 + oil. Plastic components We also produce plastic components according to drawings, models and technical documentation. Our professional sales team will always help to solve the problem connected with the choice of appropriate materials.

Elements from plexiglass and polycarbonates shields Elements from plexiglass and polycarbonates shields We also offer processing of Plexiglas and polycarbonate. We offer the service in the field of laser cutting and milling on 2D milling machine. Laser technology allows for precision cutting of complex parts and accurate representation of the shape of your advertising product. PRO-NATURA produces plexiglass and polycarbonate PC shields for machines. The cost of production and delivery time, will certainly be lower than time offered by the supplier of the machine. The company performs safety guards and shields for machines. All manufactured shields are milled on the basis of their originals, taking into account not only the size but also the thickness and resistance of the material from which they are built. There is a possibility to produce prototyping equipment and adaptation of shields provided by the client. Industrial machinery manufacturers following the safety of personnel and health and safety regulations and the Labour Law, apply the shields. In most cases, these shields are made of plastic, such as Plexiglas, what allows to freely adjust their shape so that the work could be effective, but also safe for the operator of the machine. Shields are used in many industries (food, processing or chemical). Their high functionality can be seen at each production stage. However, they have one common disadvantage they can be destroyed. Unfortunately, the cost of a new shield, provided by the manufacturer, can be high, and the execution time is usually very long.

Plate chains andmodular tapes/ Driving and passive gears Plate chains and modular tapes PRO-NATURA offers plate chains that are products of reputable manufacturers such as AVE, Regina, Rexnord / MCC, Uni and Flexon. These products are one of the key elements of the systems of internal transport. These chains are used in manufacturing enterprises that operate in various industries, especially the food and pharmaceutical industry. These products are distinguished by the fact that they retain long life, high efficiency and chemical and mechanical resistance and allow for the optimization of business processes. We offer products from plastic (straight running and torsional), steel (straight running and torsional) and magnetic, which can be tailored to their individual needs, depending on which direction should be transport of goods and the conditions in which they have to operate. Driving and passive gears PRO-NATURA performs driving and the passive gears for: plate chains (steel and plastic) roller chains the other gears of different diameters and number of sprockets All materials are selected depending on operating environment and specific purpose.

Components for conveyors construction Components for conveyors construction An addition to our offer are components for the construction of transport lines and conveyors: a side bunch, bases with two and three- arms under the conveyors, side handles, hinges, door handles, roll vehicular bearings, aligning the plastic housings and stainless steel, foots for machines and devices, threaded inserts for closed profiles, and many other parts. Transport rollers Transport rollers offered by PRO-NATURE are made of steel and plastic. This gives long-term strength and efficient as well as effective operation without emitting noise. Those products are resistant to mechanical and chemical factors. They can be covered with PVC, polyurethane or rubber jacket. They allow to transfer products with different sizes and usually with low weight. They are used in companies involved in the production and storage of goods. We offer the following types of products: accumulation, conical, gravity, driving groove with the V-belt, driving with a double gear and the drive gear with a single sprocket. They are vary in terms of construction, operation and application.

Nets from steel Nets from steel Our steel wires are made of stainless steel, galvanized, stainless, and simple wires. They meet the requirements of the international standards due to the fact that they are made from the highest quality materials - both domestic, as well as imported. Steel nets are characterized by the greatest strength and resistance to hard environmental conditions and corrosion. They can be used in normal and higher temperatures up to 1100 C. They are widely used, e.g. in vegetable, processing, confectionery, timber, transportation industry. Due to the large variety of existing steel nets, we want to present just some of them. Technical parameters of a product (mesh, pitch, wire size and type) can be customized to customer needs, therefore we recommend You to call or our sales team. We will be glad to give You answer for all your questions.
