Description; It is two-component, elastomeric system,100%solvent free and 100%solid material.the product is aromatic and very resistant against to abrasion. It does not occur any joints and grouting and it takes the shape of the surface.

Application Fields;

Advantages ; 1 It includes all features of waterproofing, anti-rust and last coat of paint 2 It is applied very fast (one labor / 1 hour / 250 m²) 3 It is used approximately 2mm

4 A layer which is 2mm, provides maximum waterproofing 5 It has an excellent thermal shock resistance (-40 C ) 6 7 Surface is compact due to applied several layers. It is very resistant against to abrasion so there is no any joints or cracks 8 Excellent chemical resistance

10 It can be applied on all construction materials 11 Application temperature range is very wide (0-45 C) and even It can be applied when air humidity is 100% 12 Curing time is 10 seconds 13 The floor can be walked on in 35 seconds after application

14 Vehicles can be driven on the product 1 hour later after application. 15 It is ecological 16 It is long-lasting (25 years and over)

Preparation of the Surface before Application Concrete Surfaces Metal / Steel Surfaces

Special surface preparation for polymers 2 steps for cleaning : Mechanical and Chemical ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute )

Mechanical Preparation; In order to have a minimum consumption, smooth ground is preferred. There should not be large patches and projections. Fill all bug-holes with the appropriate filler, pressing the material firmly into all voids. *Cracks can be tolerated until 1.5 mm

Chemical Cleaning; Oil Motor oil Mastic Adhesives Old paint Rust Old Coatings Must be cleaned with available chemicals, then sandpaper. Roughness degree must be between micron.

For new concretes; Application must be done after 28 days Must be cleaned with Vacuum Machine No need for primer at 20 C 2K polyurethane primer is applied (liquid, resin based, 1 mm) Dry quartz is scattered on the fresh primer Remaining quartz is swept with sand after drying

HEALTH AND SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS The potential hazards can be occurred by toxic component features and interms of mechanically high pressure during studies. Equipment works under very high pressure. The operator machine must comply with the operating instructions during operation. During the normal operating conditions, chemical components react in seconds. (1second or less) In this case, free components of the system do not exist from the gun. Independent of this, a minimal amount of aerosol is released into the environment. Prolonged exposure may cause allergic symptoms. For this reason, the necessary protective equipment during operation and conditions: if it is applied in a closed area, the area must be well ventilated reverse air flow should be avoided in open space lightweight protective glove work wear protective goggles minimal respiratory protection mask (mouth and nose) Uncured material should avoid contact with skin and eyes due to its irritant effects; In case of contact, skin or eyes should be rinsed with plenty of soap and water immediately; if necessary, doctor should be seen. Uncured material contamination of foods should be avoided. The application site is dangerous to naked flames. It should be kept out of reach of children.
