1 Plasticheskie Massy, No. 1,, p. The Plastik Open Joint Stock Company in Uzlovaya Anon. Translation submitted by P. Curtis Selected from International Polymer Science and Technology, 8, No.,, reference PM /1/; transl. serial no. 141 The Plastik Open Joint Stock Company in Uzlovaya is one of the largest enterprises in Russia producing and processing plastics. Therefore, a review of the range of industrial products manufactured by the enterprise will be presented in two issues of Plasticheskie Massy. The product range of the enterprise includes: plastic; poly foam; phenolic plastic ; parts for the motor industry and engineering; household goods; protective clothing. Here, data on the product range of plastics, poly, and are published. PLASTICS plastics are universal thermoplastic constructional materials that are produced by the copolymerisation of with in the presence of butadiene rubber. They are used in different fields of industry for the manufacture of mechanical and household goods by methods of extrusion and injection moulding, and also for compounding with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polycarbonate (PC). Depending on the physicomechanical properties, different s are produced. Individual s have been authorised for contact with foodstuffs and medicines. plastics are mass produced either uncoloured or coloured. Packaging. The products are packaged in kg polyethylene bags or in special soft g containers with a polyethylene lining. Packaging is according to the customer s request. Transportation. The plastics are transported by all forms of transport in closed vehicles in accordance with current rules of freight haulage for the given form of transport. Railway transportation is by car and container shipments. Rules of storage. plastics are stored in closed dry heated rooms on shelves or pallets, at a distance from the floor of at least mm, and from heaters of at least 1 m. Guaranteed storage time. 1 year. TU (Table 1) 1- heat-resistant with increased flow for large and thin-walled articles. -(1) with increased heat and light resistance for motor industry articles, resistant under atmospheric conditions to heat and light ageing, for heatproof film (HPF) coming into contact with foodstuffs, and also for compounding with PC. -6 with antistatic properties for engineering parts and HPF. 89- with increased heat resistance and rigidity for small articles of instrument making and the motor industry, operating at elevated temperatures.
