Almost 1.5 million ounces in Indicated & Inferred Resources (23.4 million tonnes at 1.95g/t gold details at end of presentation). Refurbishment of CIL Plant nearing completion. Dry commissioning of plant is underway with first gold now scheduled for April. Company actively progressing opportunities to expand production.

BUILDING A SIGNIFICANT GOLD PROJECT Konongo Gold Project is 30kms along strike from +50Moz Obuasi deposit, Ashanti Shearrunsruns through theproperty property. Potential to delineate and develop further resources. Excellent drill results to date, aggressive exploration to be increased with additional funds. Numerous drill ready targets testing repetitions of mineralisation. i

The Konongo Gold Project is situated on the world class Ashanti Gold Belt of Ghana. Located 200km NNW of the capital Accra and 50km from regional centre Kumasi. Ghana has a well established and successfulgold mining industry (9 th largest gold producer globally). Several giant deposits have beendiscovered andarebeing are developed/mined in Ghana.

WHERE IS THE NEXT DEPOSIT? 16 known gold deposits within the project area contain 1.47 Moz of gold. Deposits hosted on Birimian Tarkwaian contact. Repetitions of this contact yet to be drill tested. Over 12 kilometres of mineralised strike along the world class Ashanti Gold Belt. Ashanti Shear runs through Project limited drill testing. 192km 2 of granted tenure.

ASHANTI SHEA AR ZONE TO BE TESTED 2m at 39.8g/t 54m at 0.22g/t 2m at 4.80g/t Intensive exploration programme (trenching, mapping, sampling) has already been successful. Numerous drill ready targets in similar geological settings to known mineralisation. Conceptual targets also to be tested. Rockchips to 14g/t gold Several gold in soil il anomalies still to be followed up.

NEWSURFACE DISCOVERY AT KYEREBEN High grade shallow mineralisation 200 metres from haul road Demonstratesnew new surface deposits can be found within the Konongo Project. Identified from soil anomaly, trenchingdiscovered high grade surface mineralisation. Drilling has now returned results of: 13m at 2.90 g/t gold from 34m 15m at 1.12g/t gold from 12 m l ik d d h Open along strike and at depth, follow up drilling planned.

LIMITEDDRILLING OF DIP/PLUNGE EXTENSIONS 1,000 METRES DEPTH Mining in parts of the Ashanti belt extends >1000 metres. Current deposits have had little drilling below 100 metres. Several resources outside main development areas are not drilled deeper than 50 metres. Above diagram shows a 2x vertical exaggeration long section showing all drill intercepts as gram*metre.

COUNTDOWN TO PRODUCTION 350ktpa CIL plant onsite, acquired with Konongo Project. Refurbishment commenced July All major utilities and infrastructure present on site, reconnected/upgraded d d as part of refurbishment.

COUNTDOWN TO PRODUCTION Mechanical & electrical testing successful. Dry commissioning has commenced. Full commissioning to commence shortly Production to commence April 2011.

MINING Reclamation of Old Konongo Tails Dam commencing shortly. Indicated & Inferred Resource of 61,150oz includes high grade area of 450kt at 1.7g/t: Class Tonnes Grade (g/t) Ounces Au Indicated d 390, ,850 Inferred 58, ,100 Total 448, ,950 Tails material to be blended with remnant ROM stockpiles to achieve mill feed at +2.5g/t. 25 Sampling of stockpiles returned grades up to 18g/t Au.

2011 WORK PROGRAMME Complete plant refurbishment and commissioning. Commence gold production. Continue aggressive exploration programme. Complete expansion studies. Evaluate significant manganese discovery.

MANGANESE DISCOVERY Outcrop mapped over 1.5km of strike, 150 metres across. True width =?? 7 out of 19 rockchips assayed > 30% Mn Exploration target of million tonnes at 25 30% Mn 1. Open along strike, potential for further occurrences under cover. Further exploration planned in conjunction with other work programmes on the project. 1 This Exploration Target is defined at the end of this presentation.

SUMMARY Proven management team. 1.5 Million ounce JORC Resource in the world class Ashanti Gold Belt of Ghana. Production imminent. Market cap of $74M = $49 EV/resource oz. Aggressive exploration underway, considerable potential for resource growth. Past production of 1.6 Million ounces at 11.8g/t gold.

APPENDICES Recorded historical production of 16million 1.6 ounces of gold at a head grade of 11.8 g/t gold. Current JORC resources are 23.4 million tonnes at 1.95g/t Au, (Indicated and Inferred category) for 1.47 million ounces of contained gold, which includes 687,000 ounces in Indicated category. The Competent Person Statement relating to these Mineral Resources can be found at the end of this presentation

Disclaimer This release contains certain forward looking statements. These forward looking statements are based on management s expectation and beliefs concerning future events. Forward looking statements are necessarily subject to risks, uncertainties and other factors, some of which are outside the control of Signature Metals Limited, that could cause actual results to differ materially from such statements. Exploration Targets The Exploration Target presented in this release is conceptual in nature and relates to defined exploration targets/areas where mineralisation has been identified but resources have not been delineated. The quantity and grade of the exploration target is based on past production records and comparison with currently defined Mineral Resources contained within the project. There has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource in these areas (aside from the resources presented in the attached table) and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource different to the JORC Code compliant resource presented earlier. Signature Metals has an exploration strategy to systematically test these areas to determine if Mineral Resources are present. The Exploration Target for manganese is conceptual in nature and relates to defined exploration targets/areas where mineralisation has been identified but resources have not been delineated. The Exploration Target is based on a strike length of between of 1,500 metres (the mapped extent) and 1,800 metres, a mineralised thickness of between 50 and 75 metres (compared to the 150 metres east west extent), extending to depths of metres and an SG of 4.0. The quantity and grade of the exploration target is based on exploration results to date as well as reported grades and thicknesses from manganese mineralisation in similar geological settings within Ghana. There has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource in these areas and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource.
