TOPKLEAN TM EL-20A has been specially developed for the cleaning of solder paste residues and all types of solder fluxes as well as misprinted solder pastes on PCBs. Keep the product in closed conditioning at a temperature below 50 C. Shelf life 18 months PROCESS PARAMETERS TOPKLEAN TM EL-20A is an effective agent for the removal of solder flux and undesirable residues from printed circuit boards. TOPKLEAN TM EL-20A is intended for non-aqueous cleaning systems, dipping or spraying, with or without ultrasonics. Distills homogeneously and is suited to vapour phase rinsing in closed equipment (narrow distilled temperature range). 5 STORAGE & SHELF LIFE TOPKLEAN TM EL-20D The product can be stored in soft steel, stainless steel or polypropylene containers. Keep product in closed container. Shelf life: 18 months PROCESS PARAMETERS TOPKLEAN EL-20D can be used undiluted in all facilities suited for solvents with a flash point above 55 C, A3 type. Vacuum distillation can be easily driven in closed circuit, resulting in a low solvent consumption. Due to its excellent cleaning ability, TOPKLEAN EL-20D can be used to remove no-clean solder pastes as well as rosin-based and water soluble fluxes. HSE TOPKLEAN EL-20D can be regenerated through a vacuum distillation process without affecting its composition and properties. Used TOPKLEAN EL-20D can be recovered and disposed of as used oils by specialised companies. For further information, please contact your distributor. TOPKLEAN EL-20D is not regarded as a flammable product, but nevertheless as a combustible one. Under normal processing conditions, it is perfectly safe for the operator, the equipment, the working area and the environment. All relevant safety precautions must be taken as regards fire and explosion risks. The recommended personal protective equipment must be worn when handling or being exposed to the product. TOPKLEAN EL-20D has a very low impact on the environment and generates few emissions under normal processing temperatures. It has no ozone-depleting potential.
