5 Tricone Bits for mining well drilling KX series tricone rock bit for mining is tooth inserted bits with compressive air bearing and slag pipe. The series bit has adopted tooth spacing arrangement optimizing, gale room, convex roller, gage protection on the structure. The main assembly parts of bearing system are roller-steel ball-second thrust bearing-roller-first thrust bearing. Bearing surface is applied with wear buttons (extra reinforced). The series bit has advantages of high efficient hole boring, reliably working, and is widely used for metal and nonferrous mine exploitation. Through optimized design, the tooth spacing arrangement of cone is reasonable, the tooth shapes and height are designed differently in accordance with various kinds of rock formations, and gage protection is better. The bearing is with wear buttons (extra reinforced) and under silver coated, thus improving the loading capacity and seizure resistance, and prolonging the bit working life. 9 Single-Cone Tricone Bit The Main Structure Features: PD Series bit is applicable for slim hole drilling (such as side tracking repairing well etc), use two stage protection of the cone and bit body has been in progress optimization at tooth spacing arrangement. The bearing surface is welded and applied abrasive-resistance materials. Two watercourses structure of main and auxiliary are used for the hydraulic system with a jet nozzle and a divergent nozzle. Our wear block is an extremely hard laminated bi-metallic, wear resistant composite, which has a nominal hardness of 700 BHN (HRC 63) minimum. It is produced by combining a highly alloyed chromium-molybdenum white iron and metallurgically bonding it to a mild steel backing plate. The bonding possesses high shear strength of over 200 MPa and will not separate. The alloy s microstructure is made up of primary and secondary chromium carbides which are supported by a hard, finely dispersed Martenstic matrix. The hardness of alloy provides maximum abrasion resistance, while the steel backing plate acts as a means of absorbing high impacts and allows easy fitting and use.
