There are two type of coating finishes: PVDF-The finish coat of this kind features in its excellent retention of color, resistance of ultra-violet radiation, outdoors durability, chalking resistance, resistance to solvent, formability, good dirt resistance, finite colors and high cost. PE-The finish coat of this kind has strong adhesive force, a variety of colors, wide scope of properties in formation and durability outdoors, moderate chemical resistance and low cost. Thicknesses of the mineral core and Aluminium skins can be designed according to customers requirements. The front surface can be PVDF coated, NANO-PVDF coated or PE coated. Protective film is easily peeled off. The rear surface can be anti-corrosive pretreatment or anti-corrosive paint. The interlayer is non-combustible mineral material, which has excellent ability in fire resistance. Also mineral material enables ACP to have high peel strength and excellent impact resistance. Class B1/B2 Fire-Resistance Aluminum Composite Panel 3mm,4mm,5mm, 6mm,8mm 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, 0.40mm, 0.45mm, 0.50mm Paint Thickness (micron) 26± 2 The panel comprises a mixed material core between two Aluminium skins. Thicknesses of the mixed material core and Aluminium skins can be designed according to customers requirements. The front surface can be PVDF coated, NANO-PVDF coated or PE coated. Protective film is easily peeled off. The rear surface can be anti-corrosive pretreatment or anti-corrosive paint. The interlayer is mixed material, which has excellent ability in fire resistance. Also mixed material enables ACP to have high peel strength and excellent impact resistance. 7

We have two range of this products, indoor and outdoor range, the outdoor range has the wellstone and wooden effect by PVDF coating process, it has good properties in aging resistance and UV resistance. The process of indoor ranged is laminated imported PET film on the alloy surface and shown in wooden and wellstone effect. The panel comprised foaming polyethylene core between two Aluminium skins. The core thickness and Aluminium thickness can be designed according to customer s requirements. The front surface can be coated with PVDF Coating, Polyester coating or Nano coating. The back sheet can be coated by anti-corrosive pretreatment or coated with polyester paints.
