Suitable base materials are normal-weight and sand-lightweight concrete. The anchor is manufactured with carbon steel body and expansion clip or a stainless steel body and expansion clip. Nut and washer are included. 2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Installation Instructions for Domestic Wedge Anchor Step Using the proper drill bit size, drill a hole into the base material to the required depth. The tolerances of the drill bit used should meet the requirements of Standard B22.5. Step 2 Remove dust and debris from the hole, using a hand pump, compressed air or a vacuum to remove loose particles left from drilling.
