1 Foreword Dear business associates, colleagues, I use the opportunity to introduce our operations and capabilities that we offer to our customers. First but briefly to the company. ALFA CHROM service s. r. o. Was founded in as plating, which we did mainly Hardchrome coatings on forms and later on other machine parts. During these processes often necessitated solve local repair and dimensional correction of many parts, both piston rods and cylinders, but also the shape of the mold parts. He began to slowly develop the branch - repairs of molds. To that end, we have acquired a number of technologies that we have combined into our own know-how. Over the years we have been dealing with this issue, we have gained experience in this field. Our goal is to provide complete services in the preparation of forms into production, known as pre-service, regular scheduled service forms, repairs fused threads parting lines, die spotting, dimensional correction of deformation, modification, polishing moldings under the paint, the tread pattern, as well as optical components in mirror gloss. Our strategic goal is to offer a comprehensive portfolio of services in the field of servicing types similar to the system of regular car inspections, as well as service interventions in various forms of accidents. 11 Cleaning unit for cooling circuits of molds for 6 circuits for 12 circuits The unit is a compact unit which forms a reservoir for its own active chemical 4cleaner07, water tank for flushing, catch basin, PP and PVC pipes, stainless steel valves, stainless steel heating coil and a sensor, thermostat and stainless steel pump. Depending on the selected configuration can be fitted with a digital flowmeter for precise flow measurement and a 25 micron filter. The whole device for easier manipulation has two fixed and two swivel wheels.

12 Magnetic clamping ball NEOSPHERE Magnetic clamping balls NEOSPHERE are used to fix components during laser welding, polishing and assembly in the optimum working position. Depending on geometry and workpiece weight, the tilt angle can be set up to 90. Powerful magnetic clamp is switched on by the hexagonal T-key witch is included in the delivery. Turning the key by 120 makes the magnetic clamp fully activated, and partial activation is also possible by positioning the workpiece. High quality NEOSPHERE consists of polyamide housing sphere, which is fitted with fine magnetic chuck poling.

13 Polishing and grinding head tool We have developed a polishing and grinding head by which we can repair the surfaces of large cylinders directly in the machine without the need for dismantling.
