The Vibration Welding method is not only applicable when welding asymmetrical shapes, it is also suitable for many sorts of materials. Apart from welding of thermoplastics such as PP and PA, considered to be critical from a technical point of view, it is also possible to realize excellent assemblies of different thermoplastic materials, such as PMMA with PC and ABS. There is even no problem to combine dissimilar materials such as woodstock and thermoplastic materials. The KLN Vibration welders permit cycle times of a few seconds only for the whole operation to be selected - of course, with best welding quality by CPC. KLN offers the possibility to integrate infra-red technology in all machines, or tools for minimisation of abrasion e is no Question of shape in Ultrasonic welding This welding method allows even the assembly of unusually shaped parts without any problem. The whole programme of the KLN standard and special machines in the field of Ultrasonic welding technique, offers generators with an output from 150 to 3000 Watts and frequencies of 20, 30 and 40 khz.
